Even when you have an appointment you they take so long to see you. Terrible service.

This is a ridiculous business. Their computer accepts Walk ins, but they say they don't take them after a certain time. I would highly recommend you not come here or you figure out a way to call them and find out if they'll take you as a walk-in well before they close on any given day. I was here well before closing. Nevermind the fact that there was no one in the waiting room (which only has three chairs) and it didn't appear that it would've taken anyone any time to help me, when I heard them laughing and chatting about their weekend plans from behind the door before they came out to tell me that they were not going to be able to take a walk-in. I looked this up, on the quest website, to see which site was open, taking walk-ins, and it did not say that this one would not take a walk in. You need to fix your systems and update your website. If you want to be a business that only works by allotment then make that system update. But if you take walk-ins then you should accept walk-ins all the time, or update your website to say "no walkins after xxx". But the real "ouch" was the clear lack of business happening when I arrived and sat down - I heard it through the walls - and then the "we can't take walk-ins" with an empty waiting room. I call nonsense. Wonder if this has anything to do with your lower stock price the last few months.

The tiniest waiting room I have ever seen with about 6 crowded chairs. Long wait even with appointment. Should be much cleaner since this is a medical facility. Seems rather neglected in a neglected neighborhood. Not enough staff. Blood draw was fine.

Go. Somewhere. Else.Showed up here 45 minutes before they closed. Zero patients waiting. Sat there 15 minutes. Finally lady came out said they can't take walk ins, because they close in 30 minutes and they have 2 appointments coming "soon". I asked how many patients are there now, she said none.... absolutely horrendous, but 100% typical for quest. They are the absolute WORST.

The lady with the heart glasses is sooooooo nice, professional and efficient. I have really hard to reach veins and I warned her, she tool heed to what I said and she agreed with me. She took her time, found the right vein, didn't rush and took blood in one shot. The whole time making sure I was OK. No bruising, no digging, hardly any pain, and no collapsed veins. I'll be back there, even though it's a 30 minute drive for me.

I was called back before I even sat down, the phlebotomist was friendly and it was a quick and easy visit

Closed. I don't know why Google didn't accept my edit. I sent them a picture of the Location is Closed sign on the door.3 people I passed by in the hallways towards the entrance and asked where I was going and they all said this location has been closed for a while now. There's other reviews about this. I also got a Quest confirmation email so it doesn't mean that they've opened back up.Quest is great in my experience... however this review was made worthwhile because the online scheduling system showed the earliest available appointment wasn't for several weeks, so I had to drive farther to this closed location after still waiting 10 days

Very small area, and not many chairs to sit in while we wait, but they got people in and out quickly so there was only a very short wait time. The nurse who did my blood draw was very competent, I barely felt the needle go in and had no bruising the next day.

This doctor actually doesn't deserve his license and hear me out. Went here to get tested for autism, that's to put it short. This guy didn't even look over my records, didn't even do ANY actual research or listen to me because "I'm too aware" and because I was "too aware", he said nothing was wrong with me at all. "I could have ADHD", "I could have autism". Well here's what's funny. Just got my old medical records recently and I actually found the PDD/autism diagnosis in my file so Mr. Nothing Wrong With Me, hey doctor GO **** YOURSELF and get a different job! Do not go here. This guy literally isn't qualified to test and diagnose people properly. He didn't like my reasoning for why I wanted this and that's why I'm sure he played that little card on me. Don't ever go here, EVER!

Scheduling was easier than other locations that have greater volume. The phlebotomist was pleasant, skilled and fast. She checked and crosschecked all the my info. This was a very good experience.

I made an appointment for today at 10:15am. I arrived at 10:00am and there was 2 other people who made appointments in their car. I walked up to the door only to find that it was locked with a note saying "this office is temporarily closed " and the door was locked. If they had no intention to perform the blood test, they should have said so. Now, I have to cancel my doctor's appointment because the next appointments are in july. What a lousy way to run a business.

Don't get there at 8:45 am. The doors don't open until 9 am. Don't get there at 4:15 pm on the same day. The lights were off at that time, but the check in kiosk was still on and doors were open. I was told they stop seeing patients so the blood can "clot and spin." If hours are posted for patients, they should reflect the time Quest is actually open to see patients. It's bad enough all my lab work has to funnel through one provider. It can at least be made consistent.
