Very clean and good safe location. Sundays the laundromat area is open but no staff on premises, if you are there at 7am is OK later in the day It's hit or miss. The bathroom can be cleaner.

David, Steel, Wow, I really miss you all. I did not think that I could ever find any Dry Cleaners nearly as good as yours. And to be clear, your dry cleaner and laundry mat is definitely the best, but I think I found some place that I am completely satisfied with. 38th and Grand Alterations in Minneapolis is just great. BUT certainly your shop is the best I have ever seen! Thank you!!!

I've been coming here for years and always have great results. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about fabrics. I was bringing my son's military dress blues here to be cleaned. They do not honor the military giving a discount on the Uni. So my son found a dry cleaner that actually cleans dress uniforms for free. So that's the only drawback.
They have very large front loaders and that's very convenient for me for my large blankets, and items I can't fit into my regular washer.

This place is always immaculate! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Added bonus is that there are plenty of times when you can be there and be the only ones using the machines!

I normally don't leave reviews good or bad ....But I cannot let this opportunity pass without telling you how top notch this place is. As a customer all you want is the service that you paid for in a timely and courteous fashion. I had started a new job and needed an old suit of mine dry cleaned for some headshots that I had to take for the new job. I dropped it off on a monday and asked if I could have it rushed so it would be available by thursday afternoon. I unfortunately received call on wednesday that said there was an issue. The suit had already been dry cleaned however the rack that it was on fell into a conveyor belt damaging the one sleeve... Now as a company and being in business myself you either face something like this head on and take responsibility or you try to see what the customer will let you get away with. Two very different outcomes two very different experiences for the customer. Not only were they ahead of the ball and on top of it they offered to replace the suit coat and make sure that I could use the existing one at least for the headshots while the new one that I would order came in. I have told everyone that does dry cleaning this is where you need to do business and many have already done so and agreed they are top notch. I don't even live close to where they are but I do work close and will continue to do business with them for many years to come. Thank you for doing what is right... I brought them a very expensive cloak w gold trim. They did a fantastic job for less than I thought it would be. Great job and located right at Mill and Main St. in Williamsville.
