Reliance Rx is a fantastic specialty pharmacy with fast, friendly, and helpful staff. Every person is pleasant and informative on the phone with no hold times. They work hard to deliver specialty pharmaceuticals on a timely basis, with medications arriving at the door when expected and well packaged with plenty of supplies. They provide great service, setting up accounts and handling prior authorizations. They also take back packaging materials to avoid landfill waste.

    I have had a wonderful experience with Reliance RX - refilling my script, communicating with them, getting my medications. I am very sad that my insurance changed and i have to swtich!

    Absolutely wonderful customer service. They are fantastic, kind and helpful. Waiting is about being patient. Sometimes life is not all about you! They always deliver on time and in perfect condition. My med even has to be cold packed. Great Pharmacy. If you think otherwise, you haven't dealt with a bad one.

    Great service provider for my meds. They will call me to remind me to refill and even deliver to my home.
