Love this place. Friendly Staff and they are willing to work with you if an issue shall arise. If you let them know of any issues they will assist the best they canIf you ignore them they cant help. Great quality merchandise.

These ppl are the worst i wouldn't recommend any one to buy anything there worst customers service ever when u take any thing out you have to pay for it triple the price i would advice dont buy anything there.

Completely Dissatisfied with the professionalism of the manager and employees. One of the employees were facetiming with another person at the counter recording me. I am egregiously disappointed with the service that has being provided at this location.

I went in and filled out an application to buy a washer on a Monday. Gave them all of my references, job information, ect. They said "Great! We will be delivering the washer on Thursday between 4 & 6pm. On Thursday, at 3:45pm they called me and told me 3 of my references did not answer. They did not leave messages for a callback. I'm learning this TWENTY minutes before I was supposed to have my washer.... If I had known earlier in the day, I could have called my references to have them call RAC back. - But nope. They told me they could re verify everything Monday if need be - Anyone who has lived without a washer for over a week would realize how stressful this is. What happens if my references don't answer again? You'll just leave it at that & not leave any messages?
