The technician was extremely helpful when he delivered the new machine. He placed it where it will be used and showed me exactly how to operate it. He was courteous and pleasant.

What a very nice gentleman, he was very kind and patient with my husband and I. We had no idea what we were going to experience he was very knowledgeable and extremely kind on how he went over every detail. I took notes while he was explaining all to my husband and ensured us what to be aware of and reminded my husband of his number he should be set at. I came here to have a cup holder and latches put onto my wheelchair and everyone I talked to was very nice, I was chatting with the women at the counter well I was waiting for my chair. They sell a lot of different things like stand up recliner chairs, compression socks, attachments for walkers and wheelchairs!

They have an excellent automated system with plenty if historical information, however their work process associated with the insurance company (Independent Health) is at best clunky.This was my third CPAP machine purchase through them (or CPap Express), and we still needed prescriptions, recommendations from the Dr. which took almost 1 month to complete. Why would we not need to just prove consistent usage? The modem no longer worked on my existing Resmed 10 machine (not a machine problem), but never was I requested to produce the SD Card to prove usage.Completing the actual ordering process, I was asked to give the email address, which has not changed, both in the fitting error and again at the checkout desk.It just seems like all of this information was in the system, but the actual work process to get new equipment fails to gather it properly.

The gentleman who delivered my mother’s hospital bed was promptly on time, assembled it in no time and was very helpful with instructions of use. What I liked the most is it didn’t take days for deliver,only one day after all the information was gathered. Excellent service all round !

I called and told them my nebulizer machine was broke. She told me u can only get one every 5 years. I had it for 3. I said what am I supposed to do it does not work. Do I die in the mean time. She said yes that's what usually happens. I couldn't believe she said that to me. I was in shock. But they finally send me another refurbished one....Other Then That i Usually have Really Good Service...

This is my first time using this service and it was wonderful, I didn't have to travel with my oxygen equipment and there equipment worked great. I will definitely use the service again in the future. Renee did a Awesome job with her service. Thank you ?
