Very disappointing post project customer service. Several Arborvitae died from being improperly planted. One even just fell over and they still didn't plant properly. Roger refused to even discuss replacements or return of payment but choose to blame us. This after spending a hugh amount of money and prompt payment.

For several springs I have tried to contact this seller for mulch delivery as I live within 1/10 of a mile. Could never get ahold of anyone. I finally meet them at a plant show, and schedule a time to discuss a landscaping/paver project as well as mulch and get a quote. 6 weeks and 4 emails after they did stop by, and appeared helpful/friendly/interested, still have not received a quote, or even an apology if this project was too small/didn’t fit their schedule. Extremely unprofessional and I will make sure my friends and family do not ever try to use them for work. I expect more from a small business.

Gave me a quote for 16K for a kids playground. After 2 days realized I couldn't afford it. He refused to give us the 500.00 deposit back. I said ok give me 250.00 back and keep the other half for your trouble. No won't do that either. Unethical go somewhere else.
