The staff at this venue were very courteous and assisted me in finding what I needed, offering professional as well as personal suggestions. Really went out of their way to be polite. Store itself was clean, well lit and well ordered. Shopping there was a pleasure. Not a chore.

Worst RiteAid ever, unfriendly workers and pharmacists, never answer phone about scripts, and the store itself is usually dirty and unstocked.

everyone at the store is friendly but lately I’ve been waiting a very long time for meds to be ready, I never had to call in advance in the past to make sure a refill already submitted 6+ hours in advance by my doctor is filled, even when I’m told to call it’s still not ready yet and pharmacy is unsure when it will be ready. Sucks for those of us that have meds that NEED to be taken on a regular basis. will be switching pharmacies to hopefully avoid this issue in the future

had to stop here. Staff was great. Reading some of the other reviews I have no idea what they are talking about. Store was clean. Had what I needed. Very helpful. Even got other things I did not plan in.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. When customers need to know if a prescription is filled, they can forget about getting the information they need. There are an inadequate number of pharmacy employees, so the wait is too long. There are no options for leaving a message or for receiving a call back. Very frustrating time and effort wasting store.

I went to Rite Aid to pick up my prescription and their are two black female that work up front are very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and not safe to come back, I called to talk to the manager and she were very rude and unprofessional as well. I asked for corporate number and she claimed she doesn’t have it. Then when my boyfriend called up there now they don’t have a manager in today, just lies and unprofessional

Horrible they ignore you like you not there store is open they see me they can heard me and all they doing is taking looking at there phone there is 2 people no one ask me if I need help been here for 15 minutes can't leave because I need my daughter medicine place sucks big time I will never come here again ever and I will tell my people to not come here ridiculous seriously This place need better management our just closed the pharmacy anyway they always do is no different like who cares about your dogs and friends do your job is not socializing time

Rite Aid on grand island is not a store to purchase from. I purchased two bottles of vitamins, buy one get one free sale. I purchased the wrong item and tried to return one bottle since I had already opened one bottle. I had my receipt to prove my purchase however the manager informed me she would not be able to reimburse me for half of the cost because the computer system will not recognize half of the amount. If she were a true manager, she would've done it manually and given me half of my money back. Definitely will not come back to the store!!

Sad with low staff that they keep closing the drive thru window. I had my granddaughter just coming out of surgery that can't walk right now and couldn't go in either. Had to go to another pharmacy to transfer the prescription. Because they keep closing in the drive window.

For what it's worth, I'm glad this dump is going bankrupt. This is the cities worst pharmacy and it's not even close.
