The cashier tried to charge me $30 for a tub of Aquaphor you can find on amazon for $15. When I balked at the price she rudely asked "well did you look at the price on the shelf?". No ma'am I did not but I know I have never paid $30 for butt cream! This store is always dingy and understaffed. I only ever go here out of desperation because it is the closest store to my home. Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS RITE AID. The parking lot is a death trap, the pot holes in this parking lot are unavoidable and destroyed the bottom of my brand new car. I almost wonder if I can take legal action? It makes sense that the parking lot wouldn't be maintained because the inside is also disgusting and filthy. Take the extra 5 minutes to fill your prescriptions elsewhere, it might just save you $1000.

I called on 11/17 to ask what time the pharmacy closed since a storm was coming the guy on the phone said the whole store closes at 9pm. I rushed to get there to get my sons prescription for asthma that he was just diagnosed with today only for the pharmacy already to be closed the gate was cracked someone yelled to come back Monday. I wouldn’t have drove in a storm had i know it would be closed especially since i called first it’s always an issue here & it’s other rite aids closer I’ll definitely have our pharmacy changed no need for apologies it’s not like you all care anyway

I’ve been a dedicated customer of this location for years. The staff at this location all know me and are very helpful.Unfortunately, I had a bad experience yesterday. There was a sign on the door as you entered the store that just said “No Bags,” with no explanation. I thought it meant that you couldn’t enter the store with bags. Nope! It meant that the store had zero bags for customer’s purchases and prescriptions!! I was prepared to buy a reusable bag, but no, those were gone, too.When I asked the cashier why, they said it was an issue with Rite Aid stores and the supplier!I’ve never heard of this in my life, or at any other store. I’m also disabled, and couldn’t struggle with all my items. Fortunately the cashier gave me to use a trash bag.Unacceptable and inexcusable. Calling corporate.

Almost always an issue picking up my prescriptions. Pharmacist audibly sighs, grumbles and talks over me on the phone. Went to urgent care since my throat is swelling limiting air flow and the pharmacist hasn’t filled my prescription and it’s been 2.5 hours already
