When I called to know if my prescription was there nobody answered and I kept calling and it was still the same, and the costumer service at the store is not very good either, they look like they hate what there doing and would like to quit, what got me mad was that they are not picking up my phone calls that’s the thing that got me pissed, At least let me know your busy talking to someone but instead they just go to another call. Please make it better

I always liked their pharmacy stuff but unfortunately, they gave my mom a expired eye drops which she was using from last two months. From curiosity I just wanted to check the Exp which was covered by Rite Aid sticker and found it already outdated! When I went to talk with the pharmacy, the lady gave me the new one but again they scanned as my mom has few refills left. They need to be more careful about expiration of any medications. My mom already suffering from eye issues and then she was using this expired eye drop. Now I am going to have trust issues with my meds for sure.

I went to pick up my meds after surgery yesterday and the pharmacist decided to no do my whole script. She filled the one for high blood pressure and not the others that was supposed to be with them. She looked like she's was on something. Made excuses on why she couldn't complete the whole script. She made a huge deal and made it her business to tell me that all my meds were being paid through medicade and to just pay medicade back. I didn't even know I had medicade.I told her to just please fill the script, at this point I just needed me pain meds. She still refused to do it. Now I here home in scrusiating pain due to her being so engaged in my personal business.

Needed help watching my cart so I could bring everything out to my car and the manager offered to bring my bags out for me instead. You could tell he was trying so hard to help his community, trying to keep basics in stock like bread and milk and things that were most needed. I'm impressed by his spirit at a thankless job.

Pharmacy clerk, Laquanda, was extremely rude, unhelpful, had a bad attitude and was unwilling to find answers to my simple questions. Not the person you want interacting with your customers or a person you want to employ.

Rudest woman ever with an attitude at the pharmacy counter. I was in horrible pain from a bladder infection and could barely walk so I called first to make sure it was ready. The WOMAN said yes at the pharmacy, where I called. I arrived and approached the counter said my name and she was out right rude. No it ain't ready, I said well I called and asked she responds with well it's not come back in 15 mins. I had to sit in agonizing pain while she complained until I was ready. I actually moved my pharmacy because I really liked the pharmacist but I will never step foot in there ever again if my life depended on it. Absolutely disgusting customer service if I could give 0 stars I would.

The manager here does everything possible to run a decent store in this area. The ladies at the front counter are always pleasant. We're lucky to have this store.

I've called the store over 3 times tonight to check if they had a certain hair product I need and they have not answered the phone..mind you it's 7pm and their manager is also in the store!!!! Absolutely the worst.. What's the point in having a phone !? And their toilets are nasty n their system is all backed up. It's 2023.getit together friends !

Why are they always closed at 5 on Sunday. The website says open till 8. Confirmed by this location 6 days ago.
