Much better than their sister store on Abbott & Woodside. Never had a problem since I’ve started using the pharmacy and shopping here more. Everyone is always very nice and the pharmacy staff are kind, respectful, and quick! They helped me when I was in a jam with my new insurance and I couldn’t be more grateful. Honestly, this store is like night and day to the Abbott store. Not sure how that happened, but I will only ever use this Rite Aid.

Used their automated prescription refill which said my prescription was confirmed and would be ready by 2:00 p.m. I showed up at 2:25 p.m. they had no prescription, they had trouble finding it in the computer even though it was a refill that I had just filled 7 days prior, so I had to wait while they filled it, the woman was not friendly and was very short with me, I asked her why the automated system said that it would be ready and it wasn't and she said maybe they were just busy. Not a reliable pharmacy, very inefficient and unorganized.

The store manager and her assistant are racist. Treated me and my friends horribly. Will never set foot in this store ever again, and will make sure any of my close family and friends avoid this location. Learn how to speak to people. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My second time shopping here, I dont like when they take my money without my consent employees at this location always round the change automatically without asking me to donate for the Kidcents, I have no problem donating to support but dont just take the money without asking me first. I hope the management changes this behavior soon.

I’ve found the staff to be helpful and Pharmacist, Zach, to be both knowledgeable and helpful. As a former retail pharmacist, I appreciate that scripts come in through different formats, in person and electronic, with most requiring immediate filling such as an antibiotic for an infection, discharge from hospital medications, pain med for trauma case just released from ER. The goal is to have med ready in 20 minutes but it just isn't always posible. Also remember the pharmacist has many tasks including: checking for drug or disease interactions for med just ordered, allergies to med, correct med in vial, correct directions on vial, insurance issues, and vaccine injections must be squeezed in.I find approaching the staff of any establishment in a positive manner makes a difference in how I’m treated.

The pharmacy workers are always so moody and slow. The sign says will fill script within 20 minutes. ? this will never happen. They always find a way to annoy you and EVERY time u call they put u on hold then answer and act like u are bothering them they NEVER RESTOCK GROCERY ITEMS. God forbid u are getting a narcotic filled as I had teeth pulled they acted like they were giving me a ticking bomb. Hire someone that smiles is happy to be there and actually helpful. I am switching to a different place. Goodbye biddys. P.s. if I could give 0 stars I would.

This is a great store with really helpful associates. This Rite Aid is closer to me than the local Tops or Wegmans. Rite Aid has many things that you might need. They're like a small grocery store with a pharmacy inside. Most of their foods are pricier than a regular grocery store. Food isn't what most people come in for. They come in for pharmacy items, beer, or a few other small items. I came in for bandaids and I ended up spending $34.90!!! I meandered down one of the first aisles and bought four fall candles. There were three different scents. On the way to the bandaids, I picked up two packs of Reese's pumpkins, M&M's, pickles, a heathy-ish drink, toilet paper, and a few other unnecessary things. The cashier was helpful, kind, and friendly. I'll definitely be back here soon.
