I shouldn’t have went to this place after reading the reviews. Holy cow the gentleman replacing my 3 watch batteries was rude, unprofessional, and made sure he informed that for the price of the battery it should’ve taken him 20 seconds not minutes to replace. Disgruntled, he commented how the company that the one watch was from wasn’t a good business. Excuse me, but I didn’t ask you if you liked the watch manufacturer, I simply asked for 3 batteries to be replaced. He went on to tell me next time the batteries will be more expensive and after Jan 2024 even more. No need to worry about that, I won’t ever step foot into your business again.

After reading through the mixed reviews, I was slightly hesitant to shop with Ross & Co. I decided to stop in anyhow and feel it out. Stanley has been nothing but amazing throughout this entire experience. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed, while staying within my budget. Shopping with him was an absolute delight. I assume the bad reviews are from an older generation of folks who expect a red carpet rolled out for them for some watch batteries. I treated him with respect, and have received the same in return. To any of the younger generation out there who understand a proper two way relationship, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see these guys. They are amazing at what they do and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Owner talks bad about all other jewelers and wants top dollar for low quality jewelery and insists he has better prices per gram than anyone else and that's a complete lie. Tgis is the only jewlers I've ever walked into and didn't buy anything due to those reasons.

Very, very poor customer service. After dropping 5 items off for service, I was told I'd get a call the following day which didn't happen. I went in 3 days later and found that my watches were never even touched. I got quite an attitude when the guy was bothered from laying down in the back room to do the job. Very rude treatment from everyone in the store! Will never step foot in the place again which is unfortunate. They had some beautiful pieces of jewelry I was interested in.

Brought 5 watches in to have batteries replaced and the Man behind the counter was rude, nasty and very unprofessional! I will let my cicle of friends know what a terrible experience this business provided. I will never be back!

After going to a large chain jewelers who said they couldn’t perform the service, we came to Ross’s. He was willing to resize my engagement ring in house. Not only did he have it done there but in less then two hours and cleaned it. It fits perfectly and shines like never before. Will return for future repairs.

Stan was so kind. I couldn't get the back of my child's watch case removed to replace the battery, then the battery I purchased didn't work! I promised him we'd come back to him for the next watch battery.
