My family and I all bought 3-month subscriptions here for our vehicles. Great car wash for an old car you just want to keep clean for the winter (I have it for a 2005 Honda Civic). However, wouldn't recommend taking your brand-new car through here. NO AUTOMATIC CAR WASH IS GOING TO BE PERFECT, THEY"RE THERE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. If you want a perfect car wash, wash it yourselves people. That being said, there's never a line and if there is, it goes by quickly. My car is always clean afterwards, and the free vacuums are always a nice touch. DELTA IS WORSE.

When I had normal sized suv I had a monthly membership. Was easy in n out even on a nice day.

Worst experience ever on Union road! More than 45 min wait in line. Once you’re in line , there’s no way out!!! Problems with gate 2 , then only problems with the computer that shut the entire car wash down. I’m about to take my 2 accounts and go to Delta Sonic unless you sweeten things up for me. Jan 20 @5 pm

I gave a two star review because the car wash itself is fine. As usual though it's a roulette as to which vacuums work or at least have decent suction. I was here a couple months ago and I thought they might have fixed the the issues by now. Nope. I will stick with Delta Sonic while in this area.

Staff is always sitting down on the ground talking with each other when cars pull up with zero care in the world and they are always on their cell phones! They will literally stop spraying my car down just to check their texts and then go back to spraying it. Are you kidding me?! You can't be serious. This happens every single time I've come there in the past 3 months. I'm so sorry to inconvenience you while you're at work, and that work requires your actual attention. This is the easiest job in the world, but somehow they make it so hard. Also, how about spraying my windshield down? Stop spraying people's tires only and focus on their windshields! The vacuums here hardly ever work at full capacity. There is always disgusting amounts of trash/litter by the vacuum parking spots. Instead of the staff texting or sitting on the ground enjoying the weather, maybe have them sweep the parking lot every hour to keep up on it. This place is a joke! Royal was incredible and the staff was wonderful, and this new GO Car Wash ownership/leadership has ruined it. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs!

8/15/23 @ 1:46 pm. First time there because I wanted to see if their $11 basic wash did wasr better then the $8 basic wash I usually go to. The automated pay is about the same, however Royal has TWO people spraying the car before it goes through, but no brush work.. Too bad the guys were so much involved with fooling around with their friend who was in front of me and talking to each other, my car got a quick spray from only one guy on my drivers siade window. Bugs still on my windshiel and dirt still on back of carNope, it's not worth it. Don't go there because even if you leave a message to this big chain they don't respond. Go elsewhere and buy local.
