I got injured at work and my company's insurance company did everything possible to not pay timely or accurately. Once I retained Sawers and Sackel, (specifically Kerry, Julie and Marjorie) went above and beyond to answer all my emails or phone calls. I am a very hands on and a need to know everything type person about what is happeneing in my case. Kerry is/ was always fast to respond to any questions. I'm sure I was a total pain, but Kerry was always so professional and kind!!!!If anyone ever gets injured at work I will always recommend Sawers and Sackel.They have always been very informative, responsive and have an incredible amount of patience to answer any questions I had.Yes, I would highly recommend!!!!!

Sawers & Sackel is one of the best firms I've ever dealt with, personally and professionally; I was a legal secretary for many years and also had personal legal issues. I am very pleased with the way my experience with Sawers and Sackel went. My first contact was with Stacy. She was very caring and considerate. She answered all my questions and was understanding and open about the case. I was then handed over to Marjorie, the lawyer who was to handle the case. She was very realistic about everything and very knowledgeable. She did not just read her responses off a 3x5 card. She was always forthcoming with information and always got back to me in a timely fashion when phoned. I am beyond appreciative of my treatment and of their frankness and abilities. SawersandSackel represented me in my Workers Compensation case they where awesome they basically informed me of every aspect of my case. They worked very hard to prove my case and we actually won the case. After being steered by 3rd part insurance negotiator only to have benefits terminated with no proper diagnosis or care, The research to find proper representation ended with a retainer with Sawers and Sackel. I am one lucky gal, I now have a lawyer.Her name is Marjorie Fruscione, .she is professional but personal at the same time.I have noticed many lawyers can not make clients feel comfortable.She also, while listening. Digs deeper and looks for the best course of action to take . The one that serves you! her CLIENT! She is great.
