  The four star rating is only because of their policies.
  Other than that, it's quite accessible and easy to approach for intimate and private interactions. My go-to person is Jeremy from Main Street in Buffalo, New York. He's happy to explain things multiple times if I need clarification.

  Only reason I’m giving this location 4 stars is because of it hours. Wish it was open until 5/5:30, especially considering it serves the people of downtown Buffalo in the “financial district”. Would also be nice if they were open on Saturday, even if it was until 1 PM. Otherwise friendly staff/extremely convenient... read full comment
