I want to recognize a superb CT scan technician in this review. It is rare to meet a person in health care who is not only expertly skilled but personable and compassionate . This world needs more SHANNONS !

Ridiculous wait time. Was sent a confirmation for 9am appointment. Told to arrivve at 830am, so I did. Appointment is actually scheduled for 915am? And still sitting here waiting with no information at 9:50am. 1.5 hours is too long to wait for an MRI when you have anxiety and claustrophobia.

Been trying to talk to a manager. Trinity claims that I have an outstanding balance when I paid at the time of service. Earlier this year, Trinity sent me a check for the amount I paid as a reimbursement. I called and was told that I could cash the check. Now they're claiming they need payment....and hung up when I started questioning. This is not the first time I've had issues with them. Previously they billed an encounter to the wrong insurance carrier. Just one more reason I wouldn't recommend Trinity imaging. And I have a certificate in medical billing so I know how it works

Front desk staff was very friendly. Quick check-in. Ultrasound technician, Vera, was very kind, friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 1 hour.

The staff was very friendly over the phone and in person! I have anxiety and claustrophobia issues when it comes to MRIs and they did wonderful with me. Got me in sooner than my appointment time when I arrived earlier.

Went for follow up mammogram and ultrasound. Mammogram technician was very kind, it was my second time seeing her. However the older black lady who did my ultrasound was rude and opinionated on things that she should have kept to herself. Thankfully she was leaving for retirement because she shouldn't be around people. She seemed bitter. I would give this place five stars if not for her

It’s totally slow service
Appointment time after waiting more than hour wait but still waiting
And so many unnecessary signing wasting time
I never seen any place only here
Too many restriction ..!

I’ve had many scans done here. Everyone is always professional and compassionate. Allen helped me with my latest MRI. Their open mri was broken unexpectedly, and so I had to use a regular machine. I’m severely claustrophobic and have to be sedated to get through even an open MRI. My tech Allen helped loopy old me walk through the building, and talked me through the scan to distract me and we got it done! Thank you very much.

Been coming to Seton for years they suddenly find a bill they said BCBS didn’t cover from 2019 and showed write off crock of crap I say never again also have been waiting since 1pm it’s now almost 2pm for a chest X-ray waiting room almost empty and new walk-ins getting right in

Very friendly office staff, tech was kind and patient, high-field MRI was wonderful in terms of openness and space. I highly receommend this facility for medical imaging.

I am extremely claustrophobic and this is the third MRI facility I have been to in a week. Finally, I found a place, that was willing to help me with sedation, walking me through the process step by step, and truly understanding the feat, that I just cannot get over! No matter if it is an open MRI or not! Nicole is the utmost understanding, caring, professional, attentive, and honest MRI Technologist, that I have dealt with in the last week. I am a Healthcare Professional myself, I work as a Certified Surgical Assistant in an Operating Room located in Buffalo. You would think, that I would not have to pull the favors, I had to so I could get scheduled and pointed to the correct facility for my MRI, but I did. Each place I went to before said they had an open MRI, but they did not, and they stated, they would sedate me, but once again, they did not. This facility, Nicole, and the Registered Nurse(I forget her name because of the medication), that sedated me where and are at the highest level of Patient Care! They deserve so much more than just a thank you, but I hope this will help others that suffer from claustrophobia like I do, and I can promise you, this is the only facility I will only ever go to for any sort of imaging or testing I need, that can be done at Seton Imaging! They set the standard and are a cut above the rest! Thank You to Nicole and the rest of the staff, for caring about me, my health, and my phobias!!!! You truly are at the highest levels of professionalism, respect, integrity, honesty, and Patient Care!
