I was very pleased with the help I got from Tonya Tripi, the Leasing Agent at Sinatra & Co. Tonya's enthusiasm and passion for her job is highly commendable. In all our dealings, she was very professional, and very responsive. Her communication style put me at ease and made a transition that is usually stressful very manageable and smooth. Tonya knows her stuff and I am glad and quite enjoyed working with her. Thank you Tonya!

Have had issues with billing & sent them proof that the electric was in our name... ZERO... response either way. In addition some of the following months charges appeared in duplicate.... I tried to complete a ticket off of the rent cafe site for them to contact me & that feature DOES NOT WORK.
If they respond & rectify my concerns I will update this review. But up to this point this place is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MULTIPLE HASSELS WE HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. (Apartment filthy upon move in, gate we paid for still not working, billing issues, pet urine in elevators, constant sent of marijuana throughout the building).

I had to get an apartment very quickly because of a personal situation, and was able to get in here within a couple of weeks. An employee in the office, Tonya, helped me in every possible avenue to expedite the process as much as possible and ensure a smooth move in. Wonderful staff and so far, friendly neighbors. Would recommend to anyone trying to get into a place in a pinch and sees an available room.

Tonya Tripi has been the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond for me. She has been patient with me. She has been so kind to me. She is very efficient with her communication. This process has been smooth because of her. Even when I had complications on my end, she wrote an email explaining the situation so my family member who helped me move to Buffalo wouldn't get in trouble with his job when we weren't able to make it before the leasing office closed. I was supposed to move in December 2nd, 2024. I ended up moving December 3rd, 2024 around 9:45am because of the weather and traffic. I seriously love being here. The maintenance men are nice too. So far everyone is kind here. I feel very welcomed here and I am glad I chose this place.

Trash customer service. I made a double payment and they can't even reimburse it, instead want to keep it as credit on my account. Poor interactions overall with customers and no concessions to maintain loyalty. And they have the audacity to ask for referrals.

Tonya was absolutely amazing for finding my roommate and I a gorgeous apartment! She also helped move us in which was amazing. She is the best, can't recommend her enough !!!!!!!

Fastest move in ever?
Tonya is the best.
We walked through a few apartments. I picked an apartment. Address a few needs to be met pior to move in. All got done the very next work day!! I felt heard and I fell like my home is a home. Thank you
