We ordered 3 yards of soil for our raised bed project. Next day delivery was awesome ( thank you Leanne). We wanted to get it done before the rain. Allen ( the driver) was great. Asked where we wanted it and was respectful to our property during the unloading. He even helped us cover the soil when it started to sprinkle. We were able to complete our project the next day.
Thank you Southtowns Supply !! We will definitely be getting more soon !! 😊

Had a great experience with them this week as I needed to fill in the front of the house by the road to get rid of a rutting issue. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with the info I provided them to get me what I needed. I ended up filling in a spot on the back of the garage as well. Thanks again

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. I wanted to buy River Rock for decorative drainage around my house and after seeing their blue river rock online I decided to forego the phone call and go directly to their location in Blasdell.
I wasn't 100% positive that I did the math right while calculating how much I needed but the woman who greeted me in the front was very helpful and went through all of my calculations with me one-by-one to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed.
When it came time for delivery, I needed to adjust the schedule because I had to leave earlier than expected. Instead of rescheduling and charging me, they moved up the delivery time to accommodate my plans.
Can't recommend enough. Thank you!

We buy alot of mulch and decorative stone here. Great people to do business with. Really nice mulch that actually holds it color. Added bonus is jeff on the loader. Super cool guy.

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! I bought stone for a backyard project and ended up needing just a bit more… he was able to get another delivery out to me within 45 minutes of my calling. Delivery driver was also excellent and friendly. The price was fantastic. I highly recommend this company!

This was my first time using Southtowns Supply, I ordered some black mulch to be delivered. From the time I ordered it, until the time it was delivered the entire process was awesome. Kyle was great on the phone and answered every question I had with ease, he was very responsive and very good at communicating. I put a tarp down in an area for the delivery driver to dump the mulch because I didn’t think he would be able to get it exactly where I wanted it, but when Chad the driver showed up, he was able to dump the load exactly where I was planning to put it anyway and I didn’t even have to use the tarped area. This saved me so much time, labor, and made my project so much easier. If you’re looking for bulk mulch or stone look no further than this place, it was an all around great experience with good quality mulch and I will recommend them to anyone! I will definitely be a returning customer!
