My sister and I did bungee fitness yesterday and it was such a great time! We had a blast flying high with Jenna Brewer! We can’t wait to go back and do it again! So awesome something like this has started in Buffalo! I highly recommend giving it a try!

This gym is unique because this gym caters to everyone but especially the to special community.

My health has improved since I started working out at Sowfit gym. I had met good and friendly people. I had made new friends. I feel welcome. I love Joscelynn, the Zumba instructor and Gym owner.
