Absolutely rude staff, felt like we were a burden to even be asking for service. Terrible attitude about doing her job made us very uncomfortable.. Will not be returning, went to a different store and they were an absolute delight and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. Go to the dunkirk store skip this one!

The lady at the desk seemed nice enough, but she didn't inform us properly about how the provider switch reimbursement works, especially that there is a time limit and that we had to get a ton of documents from Verizon (you will lose access to your Verizon online account immediately after you switch to Spectrum, so you will have to go to a corporate store to get your documents). She also didn't enter our information correctly into the system which caused the original email for the reimbursement form to not be delivered.
Spectrum also makes it extremely difficult to get the reimbursement, with every store telling you to call a different number. On top of that, the form submission website doesn't work, with many people on the internet also complaining about it and when you do call customer service they tell you that if the website doesn't work you are out of luck, which is a lie because reading similar incidents show that some customers are given an email to submit their forms to. This is not an isolated incident and is absolutely ridiculous.

One star is too many. Service is very slow and condescending. Horrible experience.

Convenient, short wait, got exactly what I needed, a little more employee to customer engagement is all that is missing, not that anyone was in anyway unpleasant

Save yourself the time and call spectrum directly. Agents in the store know very little, leave out pertinent information, and give 45 minute run arounds. Called customer service to address my concerns and in 7 minutes they had my problem solved. Something the store told me couldn’t be bypassed. Save yourself the gas and time.

Power line is in our backyard so Spectrum wasn’t coming for our service, they just needed to get into our yard. Came to our door at 8:00 at NIGHT and proceeded to ring the doorbell several times. My husband and I are trying to get our 2 under 3 children to bed, of course both were woken up with the rings and dog going crazy. They finally stopped and just went into the backyard, did their thing and left. Next morning we let the dog out, go to let him back in a few minutes later.. dog is gone. They left our gate WIDE OPEN when they left. Terrible service, and we aren’t even customers!

Horrible service, switched to Verizon and my bill was cut down to a third of what it was. They added services without telling us and we were being billed 120 a month.Spectrum is a painfully terrible company. We are now paying 35 a month for Verizon. Hours on the phone wasted trying to figure out why are bill was so high. Canceling took half an hour as well.

Eternity was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient.
She had our phones switched over before we could get someone from our previous service provider to even answer the phone.

Recommend this spectrum store as the service was excellent! The woman that helped me patiently explained to me what exactly was going on with my service as it has changed and I wasn’t understanding a particular issue.

I came to this location to do the provider buyout program and during the process it took 5 hours to set up 2 phones and we were sold a flip phone to receive the buy out money. After 3 hours on the phone with customer service I was told the store messed up the order and I will not be receiving my $600. They told me the brick and mortar stores are their own entities and do dot accept any responsibility on screwed up orders from stores. they also do not have a phone number for you to call and talk to somebody at the location .I am screwed out of $600 and have a flip phone that I do not need. the people may be nice at this store and act like they know what they are doing but they do not. I hope the manager of this location sees this reaches out to make this right

We switched from AT&T to spectrum about a month ago. We went in when the store opened and inquired about all of the steps we needed to take to insure that we would be covered under the buyput policy they advertise in their front doors. We ran to At&T to pay off our ohones, the ups store to print out our bills and back to spectrum. We spent 5 hours in the store that day. Now a month later, with 3 lines because that is what was required of us they are refusing to pay us back the $600 buyout. Spectrum has been so unhelpful in trying to solve this problem. We live about 50 minutes away from the nearest store, it is not easy to just drive there to talk to a store manager. And no one on spectrums customer service can give you a phone number for direct to the store. It's been a nightmare. Do not switch carriers. No matter what you will save. It isn't worth the headache. Their customer service is unhelpful and their store employees are obviously unknowlegable about how the process is supposed to work. Beyond disappointed.
