I arrived with my sister-in-law needing to purchase a new phone for her. We are two senior ladies with underwhelming computer skills. I cannot say enough positive things about the help we received from a technician, Brandon. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and got what we needed accomplished in a most efficient and friendly manner. He is a true asset to Spectrum.

Quincy is the best he was fast and on point with the customer service aspect give that man a raise he's my #1 employee to come to when I'm there I been going to him for 2 years.

Terrible customer service from Hailey !! She was very nasty and unhelpful shouldn’t be apart of any customer service team and because of her I’m ending all my services through spectrum.. went up the street to tmoblie and got the service I was hoping to get with spectrum and if your taking the time to read this you should definitely do the same !!!

Absolutely horrible service i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Got internet and cable 10 days ago hasn't worked ive had 3 sevice techs just not show up. I have to go threw them cause of my building Absolutely the worst I'll never use spectrum again

I dropped off some routers I found in an old apartment I was hired to clean out. They were happy to get them back. The return was quick & the staff was friendly.

Got there at 6 and was 7th in line to get helped. OUT THE DOOR BEFORE 7!!! Had OUTSTANDING service by Quincy who had me not even nervous about setting up our box! He explained things and answered my loads of questions - a nice young man that was very smart.
I've a number of times been really disappointed in going to be helped with technical issues but this time I am so grateful to say I walked out at ease with my equipment! CLONE that young man and that team that were so helpful and caring about our wait.

So we all know we can’t call any spectrum store in Buffalo NY so they can concentrate on customers.
So how is that there’s 7 people there and only 2-3 people serving customers? Others on laptop and desks just looking at the screen.
I’m just wandering. A store full of people and not even a handful of computers up. Exactly what are 4 people doing that requires them to walk and sit at the computers and not serving customers as the line is getting long?
Sorry experience. Long wait. Employees just getting a free check while

Stay Way. Rude customer service. Expensive. Do not honor or provide enough information on the internet so you must talk to out of state rude salespeople. Long waits over an hour and confused. Not knowledgeable about low income and bulk programs. We need another local cable company. Too big for their customers.

Kiki was Amazing. She transferred by cell phone service to Spectrum. I was too scared to do it myself. She did it perfectly and it wasn’t easy.
