I don’t recommend to use Spectrum as your internet provider. They charge me extra $20 than my bill. I ask them about it. They give me excuses like we have been rejected to withdraw money from your account on your auto payment date. I have been using same card to pay my all bills. Only Spectrum have problems and charge extra every months. I am changing my internet provider soon.

Terrible wait time. Waited 1 hr 30 mins just to drop off equipment, something that took 5 mins. All the other customers just looked defeated and depressed over something that should be so simple.

It is not the employees fault that Spectrum just isn't the best internet provider but when I went to pick up my free modem (I called the service line and they told me to go to a store to get a free modem) the employee who helped us was almost too laid back and casual. He was cursing in his conversation, expressed out loud that he "doesn't know what he's doing" and attempted to change our bill when we did not ask for our bill/ services to be changed. He made small talk with his co workers instead of asking for their help when they had nothing to do. Then the employee who was helping us ending up changing the amount of 'speed we get' apparently but still was not able to get us our free modem. After about an hour and a half he asked for his manager who was able to solve our issue in about five minutes. Just overall not a great experience. One star because I can't give zero.

Spectrum thank you for scamming me. You left your stuff in the road and I damaged my trailer.. You deny my claim. Which surely happened. You say with a 1000 pounds on
the trailer that hitting that wouldn't break a leaf spring. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Absolutely horrible service i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Got internet and cable 10 days ago hasn't worked ive had 3 sevice techs just not show up. I have to go threw them cause of my building Absolutely the worst I'll never use spectrum again

Internet sucks, customer service sucks. Be wary you will get a high download speed but the upload speed is abysmal. OH! You’re getting 300 mbps download? Well guess what, your upload is a whopping 10 mbps! At least other companies will match the speeds or have something higher for upload.
Spectrum had a $100 gift card sign up offer which they never honored. Spectrum claimed that it was due to me being unenrolled from autopay. This was an issue which Spectrum admitted to being their fault when I called in prior to make a ‘late’ payment. My autopay was active but Spectrum stopped it which caused me to lose qualification to the promo. This fueled my decision to cancel Spectrum’s services.
In store experience was pretty awful. Came in, signed in and approx an hour just to return the modem/router. There were customers waiting throughout the store; all seats taken and many standing. That being said, 2/4 reps seemed preoccupied with their personal devices.
Try to find some other service providers in your area if possible. Spectrum will overcharge you for subpar services. Give them some competition so they step up their game!
