This is a fantastic facility. Very accommodating. Has bent over backwards to get me in with my busy schedule. Niki is my favorite Pilates instructor. She is very knowledgeable about form and injury prevention. My favorite in the area! I drive from Orchard Park because it is worth my time.

I just finished a session and it was INCREDIBLE. I have issues with my hips and the instructor was so informative, professional, and patient. Exactly what I wanted as a new Pilates student. The studio has a wonderful energy - both healing and motivating.Love it!

Private session customer of 4+ years on a weekly basis was ignored when a therapist quit, it took the Management of Stretch 6 months to acknowledge that I was missing as a customer. And, they offered a whole 25% discount on one session - ummm are you for real? Can't even cough up one free session for me? Apparently, the don't need my $2k+ plus per year. Adios.

Stretch Pilates has literally changed my life. When I started at Stretch I was on oxygen and had a very difficult time breathing. In fact, I was waiting to have valves implanted in my lungs so that I could breathe easier. Since attending Stretch, I am no longer on oxygen and was no longer considered a viable candidate for the valve implants. I am not saying that this will be everyone’s experience, but I would not go anywhere else as I have tried so many gyms and workout routines and none of them gave me the results I have gotten at Stretch. The staff is amazing and caring. I love coming here and the results speak for themselves. Also, as an added benefit I have also lost weight!!!

Larrisa makes it a priority to hire the most talented and personable instructors- I have also gained so much insight on wellness and a holistic approach to my everyday life - Many thanks to Larissa and her vast knowledge! I highly recommend this pilates studio. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, professional and design the session to meet your specific goals or the goals of the class. The physical results I quickly see from attending sessions is amazing!!! I always feel my best after a Pilates workout! Do not hesitate to try out Stretch, they are the absolute best in the business!!!

I have been a member of Stretch for 8 years or more and I love it! I stopped for a while because of work and boy did I miss it. There are stretches you can do on a reformer that you can't do anywhere else. I also missed the entire atmosphere at Stretch.....Larissa, the owner, and her staff become like family! If you have any aches.... pains or restrictions Stretch is your gym..... I 100% of the time feel better when I leave.

Sorry folks, I'm going to have to reverse my review. After 2+ years of training at Stretch, things have changed. Owner Larissa is spreading herself too thin, not paying attention to customers, and losing business. Her entire staff recently left (??) and she's training new people, which is stressful. Who knows if they are certified. She is trying to open a second location and is clearly desperate for money. As a business owner, sometimes life gets into the way and your priorities shift. Meanwhile, business can suffer, but with time and hard work, business will improve. What you DON'T do, is to berate your employees (what is left of them) and customers, or talk behind their backs. Many customers have been talking, but I wasn't affected until it happened to me. I tried to talk to her as an adult, but she threw a tantrum. So if you're thinking about doing Pilates, make sure that you go to a studio that has a true business professional as the owner. This one changes the rules as she goes along and blames others when questioned. Who needs that for $25/hour!

I have tried many gyms/studios over the years but, for me, Stretch Pilates has been the best. Larissa runs a superior facility. It's clean and has top-of-the-line equipment. She makes the routines fun yet challenging, she is personable and fun, very observant of the limitations I have because of Arthritis but determined to help me stay flexible and strong. I love going there. I would go every day if I could. You will see and feel results after three sessions. Guaranteed.

Great staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Hard work. I go a few times a week and a I feel great. I don't go to the "gym" anymore, I get everything I need with Pilates..and I can actually touch my toes, something I've never been able to do, no matter how much I worked out. Hoping this helps my golf game this summer.
