This guy charged me $27 to change my key fob battery, and not even a week later my key fob died anyway. This place is a scam. I will never return and highly recommend you avoid coming here at all costs

Normally the gentleman who works days has been extremely courteous. Lately I fuel a scooter that only holds 1 .5 gallons
It took a negative experience yesterday to write this review. I needed to run my card inside and was told they have a 10 dollar minimum or pay a surcharge.
Ok whatever gimme your surcharge
I paid for 4
Would only take 2.56 (+or minus few cents I don't recall exactly)
So I stand ad look around with pump in hand lol do I hang it up? I was going to ask fellow customer if he wanted it?!?!
I hang it up knowing I paid for 4.00 us dollars
Guy comes over in accusatory ... superior sounding " ya didn't hang it up"??? "why'd ya hang it up"????
SHOULD I HAVE STOOD THERE WITH THE HOSE LOOKING DUMBER THAN USUAL?
TELLS ME HE COULDN'T CREDIT MY Remaining change which I expected so I thanked him for all his help and bolted laughing and replaying his Stoopid comments in my mind not allowing him to bring me down (suicidal tendencies lyrics)

I only come here when it’s an absolute emergency, and tonight reminded me why. Horrible customer service, I’ll be going to a real Sunoco or gas station from now on.

Locally owned by a super pro-Buffalo dude! They take pride in their work and in beautifying and planting trees in the nearby neighborhoods. AND THEY HAVE CANADIAN CANDY BARS!!

These people charge you full price for a failed inspection, something they have the CHOICE to do, but don't have to. I've talked to many people since my inspection and none have ever paid for a failed inspection. On top of that it took multiple attempts to get an appointment and even then they needed to keep it for “several hours†but are only open weekdays until 5, don't seem to understand the idea that people need their cars to get to work. I will never be returning for car services or gas.

Pump didn't click off when full so my tank ended up overflowing onto the ground. Attendant seemed totally unconcerned... Will not be back.

This is the gas station part of Joe's Service Center. It is locally owned and operated. The service center provides repair services to keep your ride running smoothly in addition to standard fuel options at the pump. They have snacks inside the office and know the neighborhood well in case you need directions or advice. Try getting that from a gas station attendant along most major roads in the US.
