VERY NEGLIGENT. They said I was missing one form and I sent it the same day they asked for it but they never followed up with me and didn’t submit my taxes until the deadline was past. I called 11 days later just to follow up since I never got a call from them and turned out they never sent it because “we have 120 files ahead of you” and they took $130 from me for filing the taxes. Even though they are at fault, their front person was yelling at me very loudly and she was super rude. Terrible experience!!!!
I wish I could give them 0 stars!!

The tax preparation appeared to be accurate. I am giving this company 2 stars because of the way I was treated by the tax preparer when I said I wanted to get a second opinion. I eventually did get a second opinion from another tax preparer and it was a totally different and a pleasant experience.

I have been going to Dave for years and each time I go to him I have a great experience. Dave is very patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I recently re-located out of state and he had my taxes/refund completed in a quick and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone!
