It really pains me to write this review as since I was a young kid (im 35 now) I have always enjoyed TGI Fridays. All the whiskey Glaze options are just amazing. At least it was until recently. This location and Amherst just took a nose dive. But, Amherst at least acknowledges you and apologizes for your food taking long.This Buffalo location, my god. Just close. Do everyone a favor and just shut your doors. Stood at the door for 5 minutes. No service or recognition AT ALL. Said F it. Went to the bar to get a drink and food. Should have just left. Ordered an appetizer of garlic breakdsticks. 50 minutes later they FINALLY arrived and havent even ordered my main course yet. Needless to say I did not order and went elsewhere for dinner in a more timely fasion. Never again will this TGI Fridays get my service or any service from my friends or family either.VERY sad to say this but TGI Fridays is officially closed to me. Maybe a day will come where I'll come back but that may be a PA location I'll go to instead as NY locations suck. As recent reviews also confirm.

Go anywhere but here. Cooks fist fighting in the kitchen, no servers and 45 minutes for boneless wings. Absolutely horrible experience.

3 other parties were seated AND served after we sat down. No one came over or acknowledged us. HORRIBLE customer service.

They have signs around boasting specials but we were told they haven't ran the specials in weeks. Took 20 minutes to place our order (which due to wait we placed appetizer and dinner order)another 30 to get our drinks after another hour without even our appetizer when we asked for our drink bill we waited another 20 minutes and received the bill and all our food. The food was gross definitely reheated the bbq sauce was baked onto the plate, my chicken was rubbery and my fiancee shrimp was inedible. Such a waste of time and money.

Didn't even get a chance to eat. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed that we even came in. Would not go to this location ever again.

The manager Marcus came out personally to ask how was our meal, which was delicious. The serverJayla was very warm and welcoming. She provided excellent customer service. I will return. I will be looking for Jayla be our server.

The new manger Marcus Allen is amazing his presence brings a great vibe to the restaurant great new appetizers are very good service will definitely patronize more often.

I didn't want to publicly make a big stink. The floors were a bit sticky all around....which was a bit off-putting. We were one of three parties in the entire dining room and our food took more than 30 min to arrive. When we asked for the bill, that also took quite a while. It's not a we won't come back rating ...it's a we were disappointed with the experience this time as we usually have a good one! To your point!

02/16/2024 Bar is not wheelchair accessible. Have to walk up 3 steps. My wife and I were told to wait in their waiting area 15 min for a table. 20 min later, a server showed up and started seating a couple standing in the doorway. When I complained that we’ve been waiting and were there first, he said that he didn’t see us.? Totally embarrassing.We left. Never stay in downtown Buffalo.

This is my 2nd time at this location eating before a Shea's production on a Sunday. Both times there was slow service & low staffing. Management should plan more staff on weeks there is a Shea's performance. We were the 2nd table to arrive around 11:30am and 15 mins later were followed by 8 more tables 5 of which had orders taken before us. Also over 5 tables were turned away because they dudn't have staffing to help keep up. Food was very good but as a whole there is definite management issues that this location should look into so there is enough staffing.
