Very good guys but they are not a sneaker expert it’s different here from California. They need more research and training to see what is fake or real not just go by their gut feelings lol

Bad customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and they refunded the order 2 days later without explanation. Complete waste of time.

had an item on hold wednesday. contacted them via pm yesterday to see if they're open,no response...message today and was told "my coworker sold it" as the excuse for not having my item. I've been supporting this store for a while now and feel very disrespected as a customer and longtime supporter. no longer will they get my support!! ??♂

Went in there today (9/26/21) and bought a pair Jordan 1 High Electro Orange’s. Staff was extremely friendly, gave me advice on the shoes because I needed a 12 and they only had 13, told me buy insoles and just stick them in on top, works great shoe fits and when it doesn’t anymore the extra sole comes out and they fit again. Sold them new for price better than what I had been finding lately online. I feel like these shoes were slept on as well so the resale price one day will increase the value. Can’t wait to go back!

I highly recommend The Cellar for all of your sneaker, vintage/new clothes needs and even as a place to just clear your head with bunch of great people. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile (most time by first name or nickname even after shopping there once), It's the type of relationships they build which keep you coming back. They have an eclectic selection of Shoes, clothing, accessories to meet any budget. They offer fair trade if you have some items you want off your hand or to even use credit towards their merchandise. Their social media pages they run are of the best quality. Their new location on 448 Elmwood is immaculate and meticulous. All their vintage clothing is professional dry cleaned before it hits the shelves, and their sneakers are kept to the highest quality. They also offer cleaning of shoes unlike any other, if you want to bring a pair back to life they do incredible work. The owners, staff become your family, and offer great products and above all a relationship that can't be bought. They welcome local products, collaborations and always try to keep it in the city, which is huge. The Cellar's new location resembles that of a shop you'd find in Manhattan, or downtown Toronto. Thanks for all you do fellas, and your attention to detail.Once you shop in there once, you'll become a frequent flier, and it may not always be to shop but just to go in and kick it with some genuinely kind and great people.

Incredible customer service! Had a minor issue with a purchase and the manager stepped up right away, provided me his contact info and made sure it was taken care of.

Here is my raw experience. Brought in 7 pairs of shoes worth in fair market value a total around 4-5k. I sat there for a half hour while the worker discussed with his boss what prices they can offer for each shoe. During that time we were able to come to an agreement on one shoe for a fair price where both sides made money, as this is the business after all. After waiting to hear what their offer was, they came back and said my prices were too high and they couldn’t offer me anything even though the prices on my shoes were at or below goats lowest used price and those shoes were beat or rundown while mine were in fantastic condition. Then the one worker offered me $1,000 for Travis Scott 1 highs while the market lowest price on goat is $1,500. This offer was kind of disrespectful as this shoe is sought after and worth much more than $1,000 any day of the week. People would think $1,000 is the steal of a lifetime on a pair in that condition. The worker then proceeded to tell me “oh well we don’t go off of goat prices”, which then begs the question, then what do you go off of? Overall, I thought my experience would be much better but I honestly got low balled and it was a complete waste of time. Would highly recommend that people go on goat or stockx to sell as you will come out with more money than negotiating with these people.

Truly one of my favorite stores in Buffalo. It’s rare to find a business that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers and the boys who work her always exceed my expectations in customer service! If you’re looking for shoes, clothes, accessories and more that are in style this is the only place to be!!! Whenever I need a pair of new kicks this is the first place I check and almost 100% of the time they have exactly what I’m looking for! Highly recommend!
