delicious fish fry! This place is situated inside of the Premier Gourmet and called The Kitchen at Premier Gourmet. It was my first visit and I ordered their fish fry to give a try. Friendly service and fish fry was very delicious and a big portion. I was there on a Friday and with overwhelming food orders, it took more than 30mins wait time for my take-out order though it was worth the wait! I would recommend to pre-order online and shorten the wait time. I do enjoy the fish fry and I will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing starting with the friendly staff , and the food was top notch . I had clam chowder soup with the absolute bed egg salad sandwich I’ve ever eaten and my husband had chicken rice soup with ham and Swiss sandwich which was also outstanding, I highly recommended. We live in Canada and will be coming back just to eat here !

I am consistently impressed with the top-quality food offered by this establishment. My go-to choices are the assorted sandwiches, mixed flatbread pizzas, and salads, which are consistently fresh and delicious. The portions are generous and satisfying. Being a frequent office orderer, I've noticed the staff's unwavering positivity and their high praise for the food. With multiple orders under my belt, I can confidently say that I will continue to be a loyal customer.

As far as specialty food store goes Premier gourmet is best. With large selection of international beers, coffee and wide variety of cold cuts.

I like coming here for my olive oil. A great place for trying novelty things or things you just haven't tried before. They have a lot of cool gifts and tools to make things, for instance crème brûlée or all the ingredients for escargot. So many different flavorings for coffee, etc. Although a lot of their stuff is from around the globe I'd like seeing more of that snacks & chocolate wise. It's a pretty big open place you can get lost in for a while, they have a cafe with lots of fresh baked goods. Although I haven't seen the cafe open the times I've came yet, the red velvet cookies are delicious.

DON'T go there to have your knives sharpened, went back twice, first time they absolutely were not sharpened, I called the store, without any hesitation they said "bring them back, no charge." which I did to encounter Janet at the counter. She insisted they were sharpened but with a snotty, very unprofessional attitude "sharpened" the knives.Great wine and spirits but get your knives sharpened elsewhere!I worked in customer service for over 30 years and called the store to tell the manager about Janet's poor representation but never received a courtesy call back.

Calling all Foodies! Premier Gourmet is a speciality foods, beer, gourmet cookware and even has all your local Buffalo themed foods and gift items store! It's definitely my go to when I'm putting together a cheese and charcuterie board. They house rare imported cheeses and meats perfect for a delightful board! I've picked up my favorite cookware from here La Creuset as they have a wide variety. Luxardo Maraschino Cherries are always plentiful here and I get them for my Manhattans and Old Fashioneds. Every year I ask one of the beer experts for help in picking out a a gift for my brother-in-law whom loves his craft beer and they always come through with amazing choices of unique craft beer from all over the US. This store is for the foodie in you or a specialized gift for the foodie in your life! The store has a small cafe in it called The Kitchen in the left hand back corner of the store. There's plenty of tables for dining in. There's artisan flatbread pizza, salads, soups, gourmet sandwiches and desserts on the menu with a new edition of a fish fry. Not sure if the fish fry is a seasonal item or will be permanently on the menu, but, I highly recommend trying it! It's a beer-battered fried haddock filet that comes with delicious house-seasoned French fries, house-made pasta salad & coleslaw, rye bread, a lemon wedge, butter and tartar sauce. The dinner was huge and so good! The fish was fried perfectly, the salads had amazing flavors, and the fries were well seasoned and cooked just right! I pre-ordered on the Toast app and my order was waiting for me when I got there. I also ordered a piece of Baklava for dessert and that was out of this world too! I can't wait to try more items from The Kitchen in the future.

I stopped here tonight, when I was in the area. The beer is pretty pricy but all good beer is. After a $20 gift card from a past birthday, my order was around $47. I bought $17 worth of Sausalito turkey. It has a bit of a kick to it and tastes great! I bought rye bread, which was near the deli. I bought olives stuffed with bleu cheese, which were right across from the deli. On the other side of the olives, near the sit down area, I found slices of cheesecake, cake, and other things. I bought myself a piece of the chocolate peanut butter cake. I also bought some fun beers. I bought one can of the mocha frappe milk stout, one can of the Cassian Sunset, a four pack of the Black Ops Barrel Aged Stout, and one can of the Sarah Cynthia Sylvia stout. (My name is Sarah. I "had to" try it. It tasted fantastic!!!) The staff were kind and considerate, especially the guy in the deli. We were joking about things. This place is really cool and I'm glad I stopped by here.

This is my new salad staple! I get the house salad everytime with grilled chicken and it’s a very generous portion with homemade dressings and homemade croutons! The ingredients are fresh and it’s made in a timely manner. Dan also let’s you try any dressing before you commit. I was there yesterday and I asked if he had my favorite maple Dijon dressing and he didn’t… but he made some for me on the spot! He is such a kind person and I look forward to getting my salads there, never dissapoints! 10/10.

Dan is a talented chef. The first time I went there I ordered a steak sandwich, not expecting much. It was so dang good. The second time I went there I ordered a salad. First off, it was a good portion for the price. He makes everything from the ingredients in the store at Premier- so everything is local and delicious. Everything on the salad was fresh, the croutons were homemade, and the dressing was amazing. It was a gourmet salad for sure. This place deserves all the hype-it’s a hidden gem. I can’t wait to go next time and try another one of Dan’s handcrafted creations. It’s a perfect lunch spot.

Been here before and saw different things that I've never seen before. Amazing whole coffee bean selection from around the world which I loved the most. Also great selection of high quality products such as kitchen items, alcohol, cheeses, foods, teas, and many more. Went here yesterday to check if they sell the cheese that I've been looking and as soon as I walk in the cheese section I saw it right away. Well organized and easy to find what you need. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Always very happy with the service. It's on the pricey side but worth the drive.

This rating is based purely on the interactions I had with staff during my most recent visit, it has nothing to do with the quality of items or any such thing. My family and I shopped here frequently before the pandemic, but not quite as often lately. Always happy with everything we buy, and love the assortment of unique items that you just wouldn't find anywhere else. My in-laws even make it a point to shop there as well every time they visit from out of state. What I'm getting at is that we're fans. That being said, my most recent trip on March 19, 2022 was not the usual pleasant experience for two reasons. The first reason being the male staff member who stood by the frozen foods and cooed loudly and repeatedly like a dove. I am not sure whether this was done intentionally to make people feel uncomfortable or if it is a tic or habit, but regardless it made me want to get away from him and stay away. Which is unfortunate because this store gets flavors of Jeni's Ice Cream that nowhere else local gets, and I love them. The second reason was the female staff member who followed my son and me around the store, watching and standing closely by us while we shopped. I know thieves come in all shapes and sizes and physical descriptions, but honey, I am not one and neither is my son. So whatever her concerns were I can assure you she was entirely misguided and I was entirely offended. Also, if you're going to trail suspected shoplifters, maybe don't be so obvious about it. Just a little tip. (I just want to say, I know it sounds very much like a guilty person overreacting and being all outraged, but for what it's worth to strangers on the internet I can say with complete confidence that there is not even the slightest chance I would need to shoplift from a gourmet food store, and also that I didn't misinterpret what this female staff member was doing. It was VERY apparent, to an embarrassing degree.) Despite making the trip to the store to put together a couple food baskets for Easter, we ended up cutting our trip short and purchased just a few pieces of glassware and got out of there. Again, fabulous store, but staff need an update on how to treat customers and behave in a public setting.
