I chose the the Rossi Law Firm to represent me in a personal injury case and I couldn’t of been more satisfied with the work they preformed for me. When I needed a lawyer, I did extensive research into law firms and lawyers in the Buffalo area. I decided to hire the Rossi Law firm based on their reviews and their credentials. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Nicholas Rossi represented me and he was able to produce the best possible outcome. He is a brilliant lawyer who went above and beyond my expectations. He is a master researcher and extremely knowledgeable in law. The work that he produced, I don’t think any other lawyer could match and this is why I had the outcome that I did. Nicholas Rossi is extremely professional and ethical - he will not make you promises which some lawyers try to do. Mr. Rossi and the Rossi Law Firm are head and shoulders above all others. Mr. Rossi never promised that we would win our case, nor did he ever oversell me on our position. He told me that we need to "Fight Like Hell" and we did. My case was a Team Effort from ALL within the Rossi Law Firm. I felt that my case mattered to Mr. Rossi and I don't feel like I was ever taken advantage of or overcharged as there were many complications with my case. He is very mindful of the hours and cost for your fight.If you are going thru a divorce or dealing with post divorce custody issues, I assure you that Mr. Rossi and the Rossi Law Firm will do all they can to help you. Mr. Rossi only takes on a limited number of cases to ensure that you are getting the attention that you and your case needs. I was falsely accused of felonious assault for defending myself after being attacked from behind while walking home. I was offered a plea deal by the Erie County DA, but I refused to take it as I was innocent and was preparing to attain a graduate degree in the health sector, which would be all but impossible with the charges I was facing. Michael and Nicholas were phenomenal at establishing that I'd done nothing wrong and were successfully in getting all of the charges dismissed. I've since gone on to graduate with the aforementioned degree and begin working professionally, for which I have the Rossi Law Firm to thank for having the opportunity to accomplish those things.

I am glad that I took my son in law's advice and chose the Rossi Law firm.My case was very serious and complicated. From day one, I felt I had not only Michael Rossi in my corner, but his son Nicholas too.So, for expense purposes, I had two excellent lawyers for the price of one.Mike and Nick treated me respect and kindness. From day one, they told me not to worry, to live my life and although my case was serious, to let them use their skills to do their job.I cannot imagine anyone "working the courtroom" better than Michael Rossi .My results were far better than my hopes or dreams.Although I could continue with praises, the bottom line is that in my sixty four years of life experience, they rate A, number one.

Mr Rossi was such a pleasure to work with. I was married to a Canadian and I had a very difficult case. Mr Rossi did everything he could for me to make sure my children and i were taken care of. He worked very hard and went over and above for me. He always worked with me on payment when times got tough. I can’t thank him enough and i HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a quality attorney.

The team of Michael and Nicholas Rossi did an outstanding job defending me for my case. Both are very knowledgeable, competent, prompt and accessible. Nicholas Rossi was the best choice I could have made for a DUI defense lawyer. His knowledge of the law, scrupulous reseach, and concientious information and advice before, during, and after every stage in the legal process was incredibly thorough and personally supportive beyond words. I've spoken to many individuals in situations similar to mine, and both they and I have been consistently astounded by the service and results that I received in comparison to their Counsel. Though Mr. Rossi never made any promises or guarantees of outcomes, his diligence demonstrated his effectiveness. One can certainly find representation for less. But I doubt there is anyone else more effective.

Highly recommend The Rossi Law Firm. They are very informative, but at the same time make sure you understand the process. I always felt as if they were fighting on my side of the case, and for the realistically best outcome possible.
