I’ve been reaching out to this company for help for years after graduation, yet they have treated me as if I never attended. Despite my persistent efforts, my inquiries were ignored, and I received no assistance. Their lack of response and disregard for alumni is deeply disappointing. This company presents itself as highly customer-oriented, frequently encouraging clients to return for support. They claim to prioritize customer satisfaction and are quick to offer assistance, making promises of swift resolution. However, when actual help is needed, their response is either delayed or completely absent. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and inquiries are met with vague or automated responses that fail to address specific concerns. This disconnect between their customer-first messaging and actual service leaves clients frustrated and disillusioned, ultimately making the promise of support seem disingenuous and untrustworthy. I highly do not recommend this company. Despite their promises of great customer service, they consistently fail to respond to inquiries and offer little to no support. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability make them unreliable, leaving customers frustrated and neglected. There are far better options available.
