“I first came here in 2021 when I was visiting Buffalo, and I remember finding a lot of great pieces. I decided to go back again now that I live here, and it's definitely as excellent as I remembered. Very high quality clothing from good brands. This is an especially great place if you're into minimalism and quiet luxury. They have lots of sales and fair prices generally, and the staff is friendly and helpful.”
“This location always has the nicest people working at it. They are also very helpful. I have to say that the reason I'm give 4 instead of 5 stars is because of having to listen repeatedly the addiction stories. When you have a loved one that suffers from a lifelong, 44 + years of addiction, its very upsetting to listen to. I am happy for those that have found their sobriety, they are blessed, they did, and do the work. My lived one hasn't, he blessed to still be alive. For those of us that love him, its daily heart break, year after year 💔 🙏”
“Been going here since I was little, my uncle and dad used to work here back in the day driving the trucks. Always find something good, my sisters are having their first babies and found a lot of convenient stuff. Hope they don’t close this one like all the other ones closes. Would be sad!”

“The Ladies of Charity store is staffed by a wonderful group of women. Always very pleasant and helpful. The store is compact, well lit and has children's, womens and men's clothing. There is a small amount of jewelry, some electronics, games, art work. Knick knacks , luggage, back packs, and toys as well. Some footwear is available as well as some housewares. Be assured, there are treasures to be found on their racks and shelves. The prices are very easy on the wallet everyday. But they do have specials as well as a monthly raffle. ( Of which I have been a winner. ) They overall experience of this shop is very pleasant. Store is open Monday thru Friday hours are 10:00 a.m. til 2:00 p.m. (contrary to what is stated elsewhere.)”

“Been coming here for about 12 years. Quality selection at affordable prices. Yes, their prices have gone up but EVERYTHING is RELATIVE. Would you pay $7-$10 for what looks like new Levi's or other jeans or go to Macy's or Kohls & pay $45-$65 for a pair of Levis? Nearly EVERYTHING is more expensive in 2026; used clothing is NO exception.”
“Large selection with Great prices. Clothing Items were very clean and of nice quality. Many name brand clothing, some new with tags. Lots of glassware. Employees were very friendly. Sometimes charity shops tend to smell dirty, but this place did not. I am glad made the short trip from downtown to find some nice treasures. If I'm ever back in Buffalo again, I will be sure to revisit for more treasures.
The outside of the building is not very appealing, but don't let that stop you from going in. Treasures await inside. And the money is for a good cause... So it's a win win!”
“This is as close as you'll find to a permanent garage sale. It looks like a tornado hit the place and they gave up trying to organize it. But if you're willing to dig, you can find some amazing things at amazing prices. I will definitely be back!”
“I treasure the William Street Goodwill.....the "mother ship" of the WNY Goodwill fleet of stores.I find the William Street store to be spotlessly clean and well organized with a varied selection of new and vintage items. I always find very unusual ( and frequently high-end) items that are always in perfect condition and working order. The staff is helpful and always friendly and the prices are always fair.This is probanly the smallest of the WNY Goodwill stores, but it strikes me as being a truely special "jewel", being in perfect order and with consistent quality merchandise. I compliment the stores management in their ability to maintain high standards of merchandise and an excellent staff.”

“This store is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The prices are rock bottom low and fair, the selection is immense, and there are so many hidden treasures coming in it seems daily!
They also have a DISNEY PIN BOARD with a really cool selection that seems to change from time to time as well.
The staff are polite and respectful and I love each and every visit to 716 Renewed! Thank you!”
