Food is consistently under cooked. Especially the muffins (4X in a row now) which have icy cold centers. Tried calling 3 times but since nobody answered I suppose I'll leave a message here.. Come here almost daily and I'd change the review if you check your oven.

Skip this location and take the extra couple minute drive up to the next one because the service here is consistently awful. Drinks are usually wrong and this is the third time I’ve driven away before realizing they never gave me my change.

Tim Hortons coffee is hands down the best coffee I have ever tasted. The rich and bold flavor is unmatched by any other brand. Every sip is a delightful experience that leaves me craving for more. The aroma alone is enough to wake up my senses and get me ready for the day ahead. The smoothness of the coffee is truly remarkable, making it easy to drink and enjoy. Whether I opt for a classic black coffee or indulge in one of their specialty beverages, Tim Hortons never disappoints. The quality of their coffee beans is evident in every cup, and it's no wonder why they have such a loyal following. The consistency of their coffee is also worth mentioning, as I have never had a bad cup from any Tim Hortons location. The affordability of their coffee is an added bonus, making it accessible to everyone. Overall, Tim Hortons coffee is the epitome of perfection and I highly recommend it to all coffee lovers out there.

Today was definitely one of the worst customer service risks ever, and a management blunder!Why would you let someone who sounds, and looks ghetto in your service window to represent your company? She is ignorant, rude, argumentative, and indolent!! I see we do not think too much of ourselves Tim. I will never visit this location again. I've had many jobs, but always treat people with the decency, and respect. Some customers still care about this!!! I'm surprised you don't notice how that whole plaza becomes grid locked whenever she is working!!! one person's vibe can kill a business!

Absolutely clueless. Said no egg 3 times and still got egg on my sandwich. Then asked for 2 separate drinks and they didn’t have either.

3:30. Slim pickings. Maybe 2 different types of donuts. Out of steak and chicken and couldn't do the ham and cheese due to no bagels. Place is a joke. Go down the street and test your luck there

I've always been a huge fan of Tim Hortons and stopped at this one as it was the closest to where I was heading. However, the donut I ordered was super hard and did not taste fresh.

This place is utter disgrace ! Poor customer service ! I waited in line for about 15 minutes for a double double, while the employees stared me down with no acknowledgment what’s so ever. it’s sad that we keep spending our money at Tim Hortons and all we get is diluted coffee and poor customer service most places are better then others to be honest .Stay clear !!!?Btw TIM HORTONS stop using the mixing spoon that’s been mixed with others peoples coffee that’s disgusting ?

My first time here even though it's close to me. I came for the berry muffin. This is a big location and super busy. They often have a line in drive through that backs onto Delaware. Service was slow but friendly. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.
