Pretty much like any other Tim Hortons, they tend to mess up my very simple order often ??♀️ went the other day with friends, we ordered 2 everything bagels, exactly the same way. Except mine had barely any cream cheese, and the other had way too much! Ridiculous ?

Friendly, efficient location, I came with some friends and everyone got what they ordered. The dark roast isn't too bad for those who prefer dark roast.

To be honest, this is one of the more efficient Tim Hortons in the area. They get through the morning line pretty quick...Usually correct on order as well. Once in a while it's wrong. C'est la vie. Also, generally speaking to Tim Hortons, why do you have order ahead if it doesn't actually go through until somebody gets to the speaker? What's the point of that? I'd rather my coffee be ready to go.Lastly, to the farm animals who use this location, stop throwing your old cups on the ground like pigs. Have some pride in your neighborhood. There are trash cans everywhere. Use them and stop being so lazy.

Tied for worst Tim Hortons in western NY along with the niagara st location near blackrock......this was my third time here I work around the corner......this was the third time they didn't get the order right.....counter service thrilling ?.....will not be back....sorry for those Canadians and tourists going to Canada you deserve better.

I hardly ever right reviews and am not one to complain ever, i've worked at Tim Hortons for years, specifically with Kelton Enterprises so I totally understand how difficult the job and customers can be; However, I came through the drive on 7/15/2023 around 8:30am and ordered an "medium iced coffee double double" & a "small sweet tea" I pulled up to the window and the girl on orders put me in for a "small steeped tea" totally understandable and I kindly asked for an iced sweet tea instead. She replied okay and made me the sweet tea and then handed me my iced coffee which looked completely wrong (I'm a regular before work as i live down the street) Coconut milk was used and it was curdled at the top and the coffee was brown, nothing like a double double plus it was warm! I asked very politely "I'm sorry, this doesn't look right is this a regular double double?" The girl at the window rolled her eyes, turned around out of sight and less than a second later handed me back the same drink. I pulled away giving her the benefit of the doubt, took a sip and literally felt sick. I pulled back around into the drive through and explained that the coffee was not correct and asked for "something else or for it to be remade." Instead of asking for clarification the girl tells me to "pull up" and I assumed i'd either be getting a refund or a remade coffee. Instead she hands me what I presumed to be another iced sweet tea, at this point i didn't really care what she gave me as long as it was something drinkable so I accepted and drove away. I took a sip before I drove off and realized she intentionally gave me a sweet tea with coffee mixed in and saliva on top. I work in medicine and understand how dangerous consuming bodily fluids from someone can be, the girl at the window had on a face mask and acrylic nails and served me at the time mentioned. Hopefully the store manager as time to speak with her. Super upsetting as now I'll have to go to another store for my coffee runs and its super concerning because I was kind from start to finish, I've had so many rude encounters with this person every time she works.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter. They put it on ONE SIDE OF MY BAGEL. When I asked them to put butter and cream cheese on the top half of my bagel - they said I had to pay extra. WOW. Will not be back EVER. If I wasn’t hungry I’d have just given food back and got my money.

The lady gave me a small instead of a large and then proceeded to just pour it into a large cup and add extra cream. I paid for a large not a small with extra cream. She also doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve never had a problem here before until this lady started. She uses her own opinion to make the drink instead of following the drink chart. She thinks espresso is too strong so uses iced coffee in its place. Please ask the CUSTOMER if it’s too strong, don’t use your own taste buds for everyone.

I went to this location around 720pm on Sunday 06/11/2023. I had an emergency to use the restroom, extremely urgently. I asked politely to use the restroom before placing my order to avoid an accident. The African American female, which is all of have to describe her because she laughingly refused to give her name. She yelled, It is company Policy to pay first! I then ordered a regular medium coffee. I said, in distress there are rules and then there is logic. She said, rudely "excuse me you better not be getting smart!" She dangled the keys to the bathroom as I am hunched over. Flaunting her authority over the bathroom. And she threatened to deny access even though I purchased the mandatory beverage. Once finished, I calmly walked to the counter. A young gentleman said keep it moving! I ignored the irrelevant gentleman. I stated that this is not how you treat a fellow human being. I could have had an accident, it was an emergency. The young Hispanic gentleman Said "that is a You Problem". I passed the drink back and said I will never be back here again and wished I used the restroom at McDonald's. Then he said with a smirk, "thanks for your 2.49".
