Of the 5-6 times I've been here, I've been greeted & treated with such genuine hospitality that some of our more upscale restaurants in the area should take note & learn!! Jolli (I hope I'm spelling this correct!) has not yet failed to assist me and he's taken great care to answer all of my questions and provide me further insight so as to help my selection process. “I stopped by Smoke Linq on Elmwood Ave and had an awesome experience! The staff here are super friendly and helpful — they take the time to answer questions and make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell they care about their customers and know their products really well.
Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops in the area, and the store is always clean and organized. Whether you’re a regular or stopping in for the first time, they make you feel welcome.
Definitely my go-to spot in Buffalo for great service and fair prices. Highly recommend Smoke Linq!”

“Attended their Christmas party with a couple of members. Had a great time. I have also been to the OP location. Good selection of cigars at both locations. I prefer the OP location just due to size and space to move around. Always a comfortable place to enjoy a cigar, grab a drink and relax. Staff are always courteous and helpful.”

“Came across this place when I was in Buffalo to see the Patriots play the Bills. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection and walk in humidor. Great lounge with comfortable chairs and big TVs to watch sports. Staff gave me advice for parking at the Bills game and places to eat, will definitely be back if I’m out this way again.”

“This place is just great! A lot of holiday decor to look at for Christmas!! The bills shirt selection of Ts and hoodies is pretty good and the prices aren't bad at all! Usually a sale of some sort going on for the bills clothes! The owner is so happy and bubbly and helpful! The other staff is very friendly and helpful as well! Gloria helped me a lot!
