Not open 24 hours. They close at midnight. I'm looking for a 24 hour store at the moment and yelp's list of open 24 hrs stores is wrong because this Tops is not as stated above, the Rite Aid on Orchard Park Rd has recently stopped being open 24 hours and they close at 11pm or 12am, and also on Yelps list is Walmart on Transit rd which closes at Midnight. Yelps list says it's an April 2023 list of open 24 hour stores and I'm disappointed in Yelp because the stores I listed above that are definitely not open 24 hours making their list very wrong.

Been a customer of this West Seneca Tops since 2009. Pharmacists Heather and Eric and staff are excellent with their advice, service and professionalism. Never had a Rx filled incorrectly. Feel like family.

Last year, I was shopping for bananas the Tops Maple and Transit location. After I inserted my phone into the front pocket of my shorts, the mobile phone fell to the floor. As I was about to pick up the phone I noticed a working heading in the path where the phone fell a few feet away. The worker, wearing black shirt with a red collar, was dangerously close, so instead instead of reaching down to pick up my phone I told the worker "I dropped my phone" and "watch out." Oblivious to my commands, the worker ran over my phone with the cart, causing two of the four wheels of the cart to knock the flimsy cover of the phone and and cause damage to the screen and stylus. Judging by the colors of the employee's shirt I was certain it was a Tops employee who had damaged my phone. I called Tops customer service explain what had happened but they insisted that they reviewed video of the incident and insisted that it was not a Tops Employee they view in the incident, but a Coca Cola vender and they were not responsible. I had no idea how it would be possible that representative of Cola Cola would be pushing a cart carrying produce into the produce department. She along with other representatives told that a representative of Coca Cola's insurance provider would be in touch with me and warned that I could that I could be responsible for committing fraud. When I got in touch with Coca Cola's insurance representative I was stunned how unprofessional she was. I assumed she had access to the very same video the Tops employees had allegedly viewed and insisted she view it. "Check the video," I said. She then replied "yeah, I'll check the video," with a hint of sarcasm. I said it may not have been a Coca Cola employee because the person maneuvering the cart was wearing a shirt like most Tops employees commonly wear. I then asked what she saw in the video. After asking. She then revealed to me that there was no video and the call ended abruptly thereafter. Following the call, I continued to call Tops' costumer service to inform them what happened , insisting it was Tops and not the Coca Cola Company that was respnible for the damage of my mobile phone. To this day, I was compesated by Tops with not even a ten-doller gift certificate. It's really a shame how petty Tops has become.

Nothing special here. During Covid everything seems to be clean and safe as can be. I do get a token lysol clorox wipe and they usually have enough food stocked. Sometimes not.One good thing is we get gas bonus points, so sometimes I get really cheap gas every couple weeks. It is better than the tops closer to me because it has more options for food.

For the second time I've bought the Cuban sandwiches at the carry out cafe. Both times it had bbq pork. I've worked in restaurants my entire life. No bbq pork! Ham, pork, Swiss cheese, dill pickle and mustard. This was horrible! Please teach your employees how to make a proper Cuban!

Wow. Amazingly horrible. I admit that I do run in for the occasional item and I do that SOLELY because there is a self check out. Wegman's, my preferred grocery store, does not offer this option. I have had issues with this store for years. Just try, really, just try to get help from someone in the bakery department. You'll be adding an extra candle to that birthday cake that you are trying to order if you wait for assistance. Prices are higher than any other grocery store in the area. Including Market in the Square. A locally owned store. And Key Foods. A corner convenience store. I truly wonder what type of pharmaceuticals are used by the people who claim that Wegman's is more expensive. Whatever. I don't want to start with expiration dates. This location doesn't seem to monitor them. By and large the dates are not a big deal however they charge full price for old stuff. Most recent. Western New York is in full growing season. Our local produce is phenomenal. Pea season - MY ABSOLUTE FAV - occurs late June/early July. Very short season. Peas - English/Garden peas - do not tolerate heat . I generally buy mine from local farms - Draudt's, Millers. Agle's - however I happened to be at Tops and noticed a display of English peas. For anyone not familiar with peas these peas need to be shelled. The pod is completely inedible. Tops had these advertised as "Snow Peas". $6.99 per pound. I pity the poor fool who bought these. Snow, Snap and English all are priced at $3.49 per pound at the local growers. MAJOR difference between the garden pea and those with edible pods. This week is "Amaize" corn week. Or so Tops has advertised. A specialty white corn that only Tops sells. Sale started yesterday. I bought a dozen. Ok, I ate them all. Went back today and Tops has replaced the white corn with bicolor. HUGE difference in taste. They obviously use a supplier however could not plan ahead???? I'm done. Time to get past the convenience of self check out.

This store is awful. Expired merchandise all over the place. Prices are awful. I'm pretty sure they raise the prices of their buy 2 get 2 free the week of the deal. Fruit and veggie selection is mediocre at best. Absolute trash. I feel bad for the employees as this company is "peddle to the metal on a downhill slope"

Worst pharmacy. Your better off going to Wegmans across the street. Every doctor that I had in the past and recently hate them. They are terrible and don't know what they are doing. They have you wait over a half hour to get your script even if you call In before. Terrible.

This Tops is the biggest "International Tops" in the Southtowns, with steep competition of Wegmans parked directly across the street off Orchard Park Rd. It's definitely a well trafficked location and with that comes the need for it to be kept up with carts, cleaned, etc. Their customer service desk does money orders, stamps, lotto, etc. but the staff behind the desk aren't friendly at all. I'd say the same for the cashiers for the most part. The bathrooms in particularly are absolutely disgusting and shameful- have been for years. There is a Citizens Bank inside. Their produce is okay, definitely hit or miss at times but average. There is a clearance area with markdowns midway in the aisle by the paper products. I recommend still price comparing even with the advertised items in the sales ad. You can generally knock everything needed off your grocery list making it useful when in the area, however, this is definitely not my favorite Tops so I prefer to not make a special trip past other stores to come here.

This pharmacy is the worst. The staff that works there doesn't know what they are talking about. You have to keep calling and calling to even make sure that your script was sent over from your doctor. Wegmans is so much better. I almost lost my job waiting 3 hours walking around tops for them to fill my script so I don't get ill. At least wegmans will text you and call your doctor personally, instead with tops I basically have to do their job. Switching back over to wegmans. Oh and I hope none of you have to deal with Kevin. He will hangup and hangup. I even got kicked out of line once because they didn't finish filling my script that was sent to them an hour and called them 20 mins in advanced. Don't take your scripts or business there. Terrible frustration. Again almost lost my job and had a panic attack because they couldn't fill a simple script. I don't even know how this place is still open.

This Tops location is open 24 hours, which is always helpful in a pinch. Honestly, the main reason we visit this Tops is because it has some items that Wegmans does not sell (vegan creamer and pizza crust). It is always an in and out visit. Staff is always friendly, parking is never an issue.
