Great little hardware store. Had everything I needed. Even took my order, ahead of time and held on to it for me for 10 days before I came to pick it up. Verona went the extra mile ! She is so dedicated to her customers and their needs, very pleasant and helpful! She is an asset to that store ! Thank you Verona for going above and beyond for me ! You really gave an impressionable customer service!

There is a lot of value and utility in neighborhood hardware stores. Things are easier to find than in big box stores when you need common things and tools.

I highly recommend you to go there if you need to duplicate keys. Went there to copy keys and was surprised with an extremely good experience. The people working there are really nice and funny, the key cutting was quick and professional with lots of choices, and it was only 2 dollars per key compared to the usual 8 dollars per key that you get from self serve kiosks.

Love this place, WAYYY CHEAPER than the big box stores. The owner will personally help and talk to you. I could talk to him for hours, excellent people. ? My trim is like $4 for an 8ft peice here, at home Depot it's $4 a foot. That's just one example.
Shop SMALL, shop local, keep amazing businesses like this alive, keep your money in the community, don't give it to rich investors way out in California or something. Awesome awesome place. ??

They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but I really appreciated the person I was speaking with! They took the time to really check their stock and check the warehouse. I was looking for something right then and there I’m not up that way often but if I’m in the area again that’s where I’ll be going for my Dr. Bronner’s stuff!

I sometimes hit the big box stores thinking I’ll find what I need, only to wind up back at Dibble’s with the right tool, part, product and assistance. They offer services and friendly helpful assistance that the big box stores simply can’t compete with. Family owned, and the same helpful staff for years.

We needed a specific size part for a toilet repair. A trip to a big box store and then to a smaller chain resulted in a loss of time not only in travel and waiting, but at neither store was the help very knowledgeable. Remembered there was a hardware store on W. Ferry, and called there. Not only did Dan, who answered the phone, offer to make certain the part was in stock, when he came back to the phone a short time later, he offered to hold it at the counter! Now that's customer service! He understood immediately what we needed, made certain he had it rather than "thinking" they did, etc. Our new hardware store!
