My review is based on my experience with a u haul rental from here...
1)There was dirt/ debris all over the cab floor of the truck.
2)While driving, someones empty Wendy's garbage rolled out from beneath a seat.
3)The truck smelled like body odor and spices.
4)This location itself is dilapidated and hard to walk through to get to the agent.
5)The agent was rude and then dismissive over the fact that I apparently messed something up in the online reservation.
How these people satisfy conditions to be uhaul representatives I'll never figure out. Luckily I will never have to deal with them again!

Best thing about moving to Black Rock is having this place right around the block. They don't just sell things. They help me figure out problems and suggest solutions. Prices are as good or better as Home Depot. If they don't have something I need, they order it. Love my neighborhood hardware store. Going in the door makes me happy.

This place is amazing!! If you’re driving by and think they are not going to have what you want you are wrong! I have gone there so many times thinking that I won’t be successful and lo and behold. They come through time after time. Very nice people and understanding. normalGreat place!

Rented a U Haul from here and the service was great. Kind people. The store had a ton of merchandise and it would have been cool just to browse the tools and hardware.
