Love love love this place. They are relaxed and let you try on their dresses and work with you to find your perfect dream dress. I purchased my daughters prom dress here and it turned out absolutely fabulous.

So very disappointed with the way they promised to alterations on my granddaughters wedding dress. I will
never recommend this business to anyone. I felt the owner was very pushy when he realized she loved the dress when she tried it on but dropped the ball once he knew he had our money .

Walked into TTNY and for the second time around the service is always warm, friendly and inviting , the guy that works there ( so sorry I don’t remember your name but you know who you are ) is absolutely the sweetest and the funniest, love him! Strolled in there at 5pm on a Saturday and walked out with an amazing wedding gown that brought my future daughter in law to tears, unlike the service at their next door neighbors David’s Bridal whom I called prior to visiting and was told they currently had a fitting and we needed to call back for an appointment, showed up anyway and there was not one customer there and three workers doing nothing ! Was told not to touch any gowns but the wooden hangers and could not try on any without appointment and again you did not have one customer and you’re far from a top tier Bridal Shop so you need to welcome any customer you can get! Please take your business to TTNY as the customer service is impeccable!!! Thanks again for making our next occasion memorable!

Steven and the ladies Mickey, Rachel, and Izzy at the store have gone above and beyond to help me to look beautiful in my dress for my sons wedding The amazing selection of dresses and the attention to detail on the dress and myself was amazing. Steven is AMAZING!! He helped me find the most absolutely perfect mother of the bride dress ( that didn’t make me look like an old lady LOL) Steven made the experience fun, which was huge for me because I hate dress shopping and was really dreading it!! This will be the ONLY place I go when I need a dress when my other 2 daughters get married! Thank you Steven!!

Love this store so much !! TT New York has been such a great experience for me from the previous store in the Boulevard Mall to current location on Niagara Falls Blvd!! They always make me feel like a princess to the customer service the seamstress and all the employees! I always look forward to purchasing all my dresses for special occasions and will continue for years to come!! I would recommend to anyone who has a special occasion whether it is a mother of the groom, mother of the bride or prom season!! Love ? it!
