The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly, courteous and accommodating always. There is such a positive vibe in there. Something so simple as packaging and mailing something out through this specific location is just a great experience. George does a phenomenal job running a tight shift. I am a University at Buffalo student who recently visited the UPS Store near the campus. I encountered challenges with my return label QR code. A team member, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, provided exceptional assistance. He not only addressed my concerns but also assured me that my issue would be resolved. I appreciate the professionalism and support extended during my visit.

If you find the sighing of shipping employees at all soothing then this is the place to go! Not only will you come out relaxed, but perhaps gained a deeper appreciation for the pride and dedication given to your package as it’s dismantled and tossed on to tables. The lady seemed nice though, I’d say I hope I get her next time, but I will not be back to this location.

It was fast, efficient, and no talking. I love it when places are right to the point, so I'm not waiting there for 10 mins. It's literally here you go and you are out of it and I absolutely adore that.
