The ladies at USA Occupational Services were a wonderful help. I had some issues with completing my I9 form and they knew exactly what to do to help me resolve it. They went above and beyond and stayed open later on a Saturday to help as well. Thank you so much!

I strongly recommend this place especially because of Laythanette.
I went here to get Form I-9 work done. Due to some miscommunication from my company I didn't present the correct papers initially and assumed that everything went fine. However, she asked me to confirm with my company whether everything was okay before leaving. When I didn't receive any confirmation she made some calls, realised that different papers were needed, and helped me complete everything properly.
She went above and beyond to help me even though she wasn't obligated to. It was a very positive experience.

Was sent here to complete pre-employment Identity. The service that I received here was impeccable. The technician took her time with me and even exteneded herself beyond the time frame needed due to a personal issue with me. All while encouraging me. I am absolutely impressed!
