I was really hesitant to use this location because of all of the bad reviews. Everytime ive gone in there though, there has NEVER been a line, and theres always at least 3 different smiling people behind the counter ready to help. Ive never had an issue here or encountered anything but friendly helpful employees. Im also ALWAYS on the look out for this google reviews famous "jennifer" , HOPING to get a glimpse of the person who has generated so many bad reviews. Ive been using this location regularly for the last 6 months and haven't had the pleasure of spotting her yet.

Terrible service! I am a small business owner. I took a pre-paid package with label to be shipped out on a Sunday. Two days later, when I checked on the tracking of the package, I was shocked to see it was still at the Cayuga Rd location. I went to the Cayuga location to ask about the current location of the package, they were rude, and I was told that the package was NOT at that location, and was at the Galleria location. When I asked why it was at the Galleria, I was told because I dropped it off at that location. Galleria location is closed on Sundays. The worker lied to me and said the Cayuga location is closed on Sundays! Cayuga location is open on Sunday. They lost my package. I lost a repeat customer, and had to refund $100!

Short stop to throw in the last postcards; the post office is a little hidden away from the main street. The employee was friendly, it was quick... What more could I want?

The only post office open in a Saturday afternoon, and honestly a seamless experience returning a retail purchase with a QR code. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

It was wild. The rude, sarcastic passport clerk informed me that my child’s birth certificate (he was born in the United States, my wife and I are citizens), was “not proof of US citizenship.” I asked him, how about this recently expired passport of his? No.
“Can you suggest what other document an 11 year old child might have?”
“You need proof of citizenship.” I asked for our documents back and left. He said “Thank you, sir!” It was sarcastic! When I didn’t reply because I didn’t want to say anything I would regret , he said louder, “Thank you, sir!” as we headed for the door.
