By far the worst USPS in the area. Only beneficial part is they’re open later than the rest. I’ve had to come back to resend packages multiple times over because of the workers misplacing packages or just not scanning them to have them shipped.Today I knew I had to stay at the location to get a receipt of the tracking info directly from them to know things are getting shipped versus just trusting them and having the tracking info in the system on my end.Of course after waiting for the tracking receipt of my shipment they mention the survey at the bottom and the worker says “my name is MD”. Maybe they’re initials, maybe his name is really MD. But it’s definitely the first time I’ve met someone who’s name is “MD”. So when mentioning the survey that seems to help little to none.Fingers crossed this time my five packages actually get delivered.

Truly wished I had read the reviews before I set up a appointment to have my passport photo taken. I would have never come to this place. I had an appointment this past Saturday 2/24 at 12:45pm arrived 10 minutes early to be turned away because the lady whom was suppose to take my passport photo was not there some reason. And not 1 out of the 3 employees there were trained to take a photo ?. The employee there literally suggested go to Walgreens. She did not even offer to reschedule my appointment for the inconvenience nothing. I saw her roll her eyes in the end as if Iinconvenience her.Horrible service do not come here. I would give zero stars if I could.

It appears from past reviews, Jennifer has been a major problem for a long time. WHY has nothing been done about this? How can an establishment sign off on her paychecks knowing she is disrespecting every customer that walks through their door? I came in and while waiting in line I witnessed Jennifer making rude comments to each and every customer she spoke to. Everyone in line looked as confused as I felt, we all stood there looking at eachother in disbelief. If that wasn't enough, Jennifer decided it was appropriate to scream at the man she was helping with his family present, children included. I have never in my life seen anything like it. NO ONE should ever be treated the way she treated that family today. I find it absolutely mind blowing that after countless reviews, management still allows her to “serve” the people of our town. I am absolutely disgusted with her behavior and the management team at this location should be ashamed of themselves. My complaints regarding Jennifer will not end with this review. What I witnesses today was completely UNACCEPTABLE and should have NEVER happened. DO BETTER.

Went in on a Saturday. The associate behind the counter found an envelope for my delivery without me even having to ask. Maybe I looked to be struggling? Quick and efficient service. No complaints

Horrible Horrible service. The old lady jennifer is so rude and nasty with all the customer. We had an appointment at 1:30 sunday.We was there early at 1:00.i talked with her and asked about my appointment, she told me to wait. My son called off to work, i canceled my 3 kids swim class and all.Before 8 minutes of 1:30 she canceled my appointment, i explained my situation, she said she doesn't care .I tried to call the supervisor she didn't receive my call .And she can't give me a valid reason. why my appointment was canceled..

The old Caucasian lady named jennifer is holding up the line cause she wants to verbally fight the other post office worker. Came in to send a package, and theres 13 people in line. Took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to just send 1 package. This is the worst usps that I have been to.

This used to be a 24 hour post office with phenomenal service. Now I go at 11am on Saturday when the kings and queens working there are supposed to open shop and yet the whole customer area is closed off and the folks work hard to avoid looking at you! Why have this post office open for service if there is no proper service?

They charged me $0.66 for each certified letter I sent even though I already posted a stamp on each letter and I asked to purchase certified mail with electronic receipts but they ordered hardcopy receipts instead for all my letters (I did not realize until afterwards) Demoralizing experience.

Absolutely the worst post office I have ever been to. Been here at least six to seven times, and every time I get Jennifer, the older lady, she can not enter anything into the system correctly. All of my packages are pre-paid with labels printed, so you'd think it would be simple. But she somehow messes it up to where my packages end up going to an entirely different place. I had something destined for Idaho and she was sending it to New Mexico. She refuses every single time to double check anything when asked, and never admits she made a mistake. Why is this woman even working here?!

Very nice people, always pleasant. Never have had a problem. They’re very helpful, usually always asking if you need any stamps or other supplies.

The woman working 2 nights ago was such a huge help. I lost my tracking number and she went above and beyond at closing time!
