I do a quick package drop off at the desk about 2-3 times a week. They're always friendly and, when I have questions, they're happy to help and knowledgeable.
Even though I just drop off, my alerts tell me that they scan those packages quickly.
All the post offices in the area are good, but the West Seneca office is at the top of my list.

Every time I have to come here it’s always something. Was just there and had the managers door slammed shut in my face after waiting in line for ten minutes for her to come to the door. She helped the old lady in front of me and then slammed shut
This place is very upsetting to have to deal with. It’s not my fault my mailbox was ripped out by a plow but they belittle you when you ask if anything’s being held
Had to listen to one of the counter lady’s complain she was going to have to take her lunch late because a gentleman who waiting in line in front of me was late for his appointment….because he was waiting in the long line. If I didn’t speak up for this man should would have made him leave.

Had an appointment to get our passports, but when we showed up, they told us to reschedule and bring our original birth certificates next time despite the website saying we only needed photocopies (which we had brought with us). It makes sense, yes, but the website didn't say we needed the originals, so we didn't bring them. Also, we didn't realize it was a one way entrance/exit so we turned the wrong way to leave, and a mail truck drove past and we could see the mail man obnoxiously point at the sign and shout "one way" at us, which did not help the stress level we were feeling.
We had never been to this location before, and we will not be coming back to this location for our passports.
We just want to be able to go on our honeymoon. (Which is not until next year, we did not try to do this as a last minute thing.)

Atika had the WORST attitude, after insisting that my envelope was too small, she told me I’d have to pay for a bubble wrapped envelope which was $1. it’s actually $1.99, so she clearly cannot read or isn’t knowledgeable about the products she sells and after her horrible service and waiting for her to attend to me, she cleared the screen before I could request that the receipt be sent to my email. She insisted that there was nothing else she could do because the transaction was completed. HORRIBLE service, she clearly needs to be retrained. 0/10 would never recommend this place

So Anna working the window, real time texting on her phone laying under the scale as she waits on every customer. Good job. Out Tax dollars going to a great use. I did ask if she was multitasking but got no response
