Using the kiosk when there's a line, easy in easy out.

Atika had the WORST attitude, after insisting that my envelope was too small, she told me I’d have to pay for a bubble wrapped envelope which was $1. it’s actually $1.99, so she clearly cannot read or isn’t knowledgeable about the products she sells and after her horrible service and waiting for her to attend to me, she cleared the screen before I could request that the receipt be sent to my email. She insisted that there was nothing else she could do because the transaction was completed. HORRIBLE service, she clearly needs to be retrained. 0/10 would never recommend this place

So Anna working the window, real time texting on her phone laying under the scale as she waits on every customer. Good job. Out Tax dollars going to a great use. I did ask if she was multitasking but got no response

Absolutely awful service!I do not think it should be unreasonable to pay for a book of stamps and expect to receive a book of stamps, yet here I am.Just now, I tried to buy a book of stamps from the machine located in the post office lobby, and was given individual labels instead (usable as stamps, but NOT a book of stamps; a subpar alternative). So I waited in line, receipt & stamps in hand, to exchange these 20 individual labels for an actual book. The worker refused to exchange the labels for stamps, saying the machine (located right in the lobby!!!) was not under the post office's purview. Much like Pontius Pilate, he washed his hands of whole affair. I am very concerned I will lose one or more of these "stamps", and I suspect the post office may be counting on me to lose some and use fewer stamps than I paid for.I have now found out that I have been shorted on "stamps". My disappointment and frustration are immeasurable. I will be following up.Update: I have followed up, unfortunately both the employee and the supervisor I talked to said they were unable to help. What a sad state of affairs the USPS must be in, for their employees to be so useless!

Not only does the West Seneca post office deliver mail that does not belong to me, I went there today to mail a package. Sign on door says open Saturday to o 3 PM. It was 1:15 and the service desk was closed! Very annoying!

I have been to a number of post offices in my life time, this is one of the best. The customer service at this post office is amazing. Anyone who feels otherwise probably started their experience with a bad attitude to begin with. All the negative reviews of the past year can easily be attributed to the Trump Administration and DeJoy.
