Every time a package comes to this sorry excuse for a facility they send it in the wrong direction. This is supposed to be the last stop before it comes to me but they send it to pensylvania or akron or where ever else they feel like. Do better.

Because of their lack of abilities my quality of life meds from the VA and one life supporting prescription is in limbo. They've had it over a long weekend and still can't get it the 35 miles out to Lockport. Getting an attorney and going after whomever because I've endured pain and emotional distress because of their lack of abilities and professionalism . Senator Schumer maybe you'd best take another look.... because between recent events at the VA and lack of caring at the post office some of my brothers and sisters are dying. Literally. Close that distribution center in Buffalo or clean house and start over. I'll be spending another night in extreme discomfort/pain because the Buffalo distribution centers can't do their jobs. If they are working for me back in the day as entry level Correctional Officers I'd have fired the entire lot of them. Tear it down and start over for the love of God please.

Absolutely trash phone service. Can’t even get to speaking with a real person when they lost my package and gave me a direct phone number to call. No one picks up and then a automated voice hangs up. Horrible service especially considering you lose someone’s stuff.

This post office wants to charge my client $5.36 for a letter....ebay postage cost .69 to mail a coin. I have mailed thousands of coins. This post office must not be doing something right

Y’all are ridiculously slow… waiting on packages that should be arriving today yet no update has been posted as of yet… they’ve been sitting in buffalo since yesterday!!!!
