While a portion of the counter staff demonstrate professionalism and provide capable assistance in fulfilling customer needs, others unfortunately detract from the experience by engaging in unnecessary inquiries about personal matters. This undermines the efficiency and discretion that one expects in a service-oriented environment.
Equally concerning is the lack of operational discipline: the facility does not consistently open on time, leaving customers—already queued—frustrated and restless. The atmosphere is further diminished by the conduct of certain patrons, whose rude and discourteous behavior creates a less than desirable setting.
For an institution as essential as the post office, adherence to punctuality, discretion, and a culture of respect are fundamental. Strengthening these areas would elevate both the customer and employee experience, and align operations with the standard of service the community rightfully expects.

DO NOT GO IN FOR PASSPORT WALK-INS. they will tell you to your face that they don’t do passport walk-ins on saturdays even though their website states they do. such a joke and the people at the counter don’t care at all

Made appt for passport photo, guy showed up 30 mins late. 2 of the 3 photos taken were denied for the application. Made followup appt to retake photos and the person who does the photos is on vacation. Why can you schedule an appointment still?

This place is terrible!! Google needs to let us give negative a thousand stars for this one!!! There’s a lady by the name of Annette but her coworkers call her Toni who is rudest person I’ve ever dealt with!! I have to pay a permit for my company or else they hold my mail, came a week early to pay it and wouldn’t let me pay it, I said why and she said they have to wait for it expire, never heard of such ludicrousness also she dresses like a slob. Lines are always out the door, management has no idea what they’re doing as do the employees like Toni and then I go to William street and have no problems, William street laughed at me when I told them this story, definitely won’t going back here, if anything they need to close this post office and tear the building down because that’s about all it’s good for….. NOTHING!!!

Literally THE WORST post office in the city ! Only ever one person working with a line out the door! Computers are always down! And there’s always a manager on that says he can’t help cause managers aren’t allowed to touch packages! Seriously just shut this place down it’s seriously an embarrassment. I come here all the time cause it’s close but after my 50th horrible experience? I’m done! Do better !!!!

I have never sent a box before. I am getting restation for the military and just trying to to send my stuff back home. I leave in a couple of days.
-Tim, was horrible at customer service. Very condescending and rude the entire time. I have never sent anything in the mail before and he is acting like a dick. People don't like post offices and it is because people like him working THEIR.

The workers at the counter very rude and sarcastic undertones racists
Was not customer friendly no pens worked
Had to buy tape for a box with flimsy stickers
Bought an $100 money order mis instructed me on how to fill it out. After all of that stayed in the back 15 minutes before checking me out

Station Manage Gino Pari was incredibly helpful in locating my package. I sent it to a po box that did not exist at that location. He responded timely to my inquiry and followed up with me twice via phone. He even called to let me know they were having an early close in case my Sister was planning to come in to pick up the package on that particular day. Thank you for your excellent customer service Gino!

I think the staff are friendly and efficient. I wish I could access my PO box on off hours, but I suppose that's not really on the branch.

Anytime I have an issue they call me IMMEDIATELY and update even after. Amazing service!
