Requested a hold on my mail twice and wasn't honored both times. Mike the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional said I need to give a reason for hold but that is not how it works. He knows that as well as I do.

The poor customer service I received here is the catalyst for why the USPS is going out of business. RUDE, unhelpful, and crusty ppl, being rude and unhelpfully-crusty.Zero stars, do not recommend.

I had a package to return and I stopped by and they made me buy my own tape for a label for $4.And the crackheads outside harassing you for money is irritating.

I go in to get passport services because they have walk in hours listed online. I go in the guy at the counter goes "we don't do passport services on Saturdays" what? Then remove it from online. What a joke.

Definitely the worst postal workers in the whole country. All of them behave like they became the president of this country. Actually feel bad for them.

Worst post office in the city. There is only one person ever behind the desks with 10 or more people always waiting in line. It’s ridiculous. I’ve waited 30 minutes and more every time I’m there. They need a self-shipping machine like Hertel Avenue has to help expedite and more staff.

Horrible staff and they NEVER EVER answer the phone. I called 15 times in a row one day, and the phone rang at least 20 times each time, and not one person picked up! Wish I could give zero stars.

Buffalo West Side Station location: Had appt for passport scheduled for 11:00, had received automated reminders (so contact info was correct), showed up and was turned away due to staff shortage. (no contact attempt to let us know) Very inconvenient for such a transaction, and after having scheduled around set timeframe, juggling work/classes/etc. Unable to schedule at any other location for same day, due to short notice. Disappointing, but understand it happens - perhaps an automated delivery of cancellation notification can be sent out in cases like this?
