This place absolutely sucks. The one lady. Older black lady is probably hands down the most rudest lady in a post office. Idk if she needs to get laid or needs to retire but she is very miserable. Threw 3 packages and missed the bin behind her. How do people like this still work there. I would ask for the manager but reading the comments below I don’t think it would be that much of a difference.

Don’t usually write reviews, but I always have a wonderful time in this post office. There is one man in particular who is 100% the loveliest postal worker I have ever encountered.

Horrible customer service. Just completely unfeeling. I love the USPS and respect the service industry. Overworked doesn't mean you get to be rude and even mean to people who come in for basic services.

Great location and great customer service. I have never had a negative experience here. These people are usually overworked and people are not always gonna act or behave they way you want them too.

The lady that works at the front accepting packages is miserable, nasty and rude

The website clearly states that they are open at 7:00 AM. They are not.

I feel like it's easy to complain about the generalized "USPS" when something happens to your package which more than likely has nothing to do with this specific office. What I can say about this specific office is that I didn't have to wait in line and the sales associates were warm and knowledgeable. Great experience. Thanks for the help!

After looking at other reviews its clear this location has an issue with one of the employees that works here. My issue was specifically with Patrick. He was not only unhelpful but deliberately made the process more difficult. The rest of this experience will be taken up his manager.

Absolutely terrible experience here with my mail getting lost. They didnt even scan the tracking number on my FedEx package and I find this out weeks later when the document I sent was urgently needed. Do not go here with FedEx shipping labels!! It is like throwing your mail into a black hole. Go to a Fedex drop off station instead. I wish I had known this.

I always am met with long lines at this post office. Combine that with slow incompetent staff and a complaint system that falls on deaf ears this may be the worst post office in Buffalo. Maybe if they could at least open on time and stick to their posted hours they might deserve two stars but they can’t even do that. Never use this post office if you can avoid it this post office is the reason people have a bad taste in their mouth when they say USPS.

I’m a little traumatized with postal office service, they are rude and they screw me over many times in the pastBut today I’m shock of how nice and helpful the gentleman in here was, was patience with me and really efficient, it made my day, wish it was always this way

This USPS lost a box full of my textbooks from college. Not something money can replace.

Came in on a Monday at 8:30 am right when the business opened and it was packed. However, the man working at the desk named Patrick (thick dark brown beard and gremlin eyes) was not in the mood to get service moving even relatively quickly. I noticed while waiting in line he was quick to be short and rude to the women of color but said nothing to the men or caucasian women. The entire experience was disappointing to put it lightly.
