They do not pressure customers but ask good questions to ensure people get exactly what they need. Many prefer to go to Valu for something specific, odd, or when they have a question, as someone always comes to help. The sales associates are known for designing creative solutions and giving helpful suggestions. The store has a good selection of products for home repair or basic improvement, and prices are comparable to bigger stores.
I’ve gotten thread bolts anchors for shutters, miscellaneous screws, and nuts. You name it they’ve got it.

Show the prices may be a little higher than home Depot but I'll say this, when home Depot is a ghost town, if I'm walking around looking for something someone always comes to help me at Value

Friendly staff. Always helpfull. Prices are equal to the big box stores and sometimes even lower.
