Scam people, not trustworthy they like to keep coming up with reasons that could be wrong with your car so you can keep paying more and more money never actually found out what was wrong with my car, but wanted to keep fixing stuff and still after I paid so much money they still wanted more money for something else spent close to $3000 left without knowing completely the real problem.

Jose and Rich are absolutely wonderful. This is the fastest service with the best cost in town. My muffler fell off right after having my car in the shop at Basil Chevrolet for a week. Everyone I called said I would have to leave my car for a couple days. Valu literally got me in same day and return my car the same day. Even though they were slammed. The squeezed me in when everyone else couldn't even give me an estimated time of when the work could be completed. Then on top of that, they have payment option which came in clutch. I was approved and walked out with my car fix not having to pay anything accept $49.00 down. And my payments are week are 21.96 every Friday on my payday. Look at God! Won't he do it! I thank everyone here at Valu and I will be back.... hopefully not too soon. But you have a loyal customer here. God bless you all!

This Valu Auto Care Center was EXCELLENT as it comes to customer service and responsiveness! This was in regards to my SUV needing a fully brand new transmission that was under warranty! Both Rich and Jose were very hands on as it came to the whole process which I really appreciate because I was not familiar with how to go about this. They called and worked side-by-side with my warranty company and got the job done effectively and efficiently! They called me almost daily with the updates! I couldnt’t ask for more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your vehicle here for a similar situation as mine, Rich and Jose will help you to the fullest extend and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went in for an oil change, the person in front of me they said no charge, then told me almost $200 for the same service. The placed reeked of alcohol ... I will never go back again, and will tell all my friends

Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in till replace a tire and change one of my bulbs as well as an inspection. Turns out one of the mechanics found out my brake pads were worn out and I didn't even know it. I purchased new brake pads and had then install it. Great service and highly recommend.

Beware of this company doing any work on your car. Very dishonest by telling you that you need more work done than is needed. I took them to small claims court and was awarded a judgement in my favor. They were given 30 days to pay it and failed to do so. I was forced to file the judgement with Erie County and put a lien on their business for failing to follow the judges order.
