Signed up for Fios. The tech made a mess, left cables dangling from by ceiling. The junk router they orovide cuts out every 30 minutes. Very close to switching to Spectrum

I have earned over $200 in verizon dollars on my verizon visa credit card but verizon says I don't have any. Spent over 11 hours on the phone with verizon and issue is still unresolved!! Customer (no)service sucks!!!!!
